    I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and was told that nothing was wrong. However, I never received a printout that verified this information. I was told that it would be emailed to me. I called the service department four times and still I was told that I would receive an email. After three weeks, I decided to go in person. I was told by the service director, Luis Gallegos, that the report was no longer available and no recommendations were listed. I also had them take a look at my vehicle again because the ?low tire pressure? indicator light was on. I found this strange since my tires were supposedly rotated there three weeks prior. This time I received a printout and it stated that I needed rear brake pads and rotors which totaled over $400. I find it very strange that my vehicle went from no recommendations to needing rear brake pads and rotors in just three weeks. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. I will never visit or recommend the service department at Metro Ford again

    I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford.They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed.These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.

    Sales people lie just to sell a car.

    I was there looking for a new car on july 3rd, the sales people were really good convincing me to buy an used car even when I was looking for a brand new, they told me that the car that they were offering me didn't have a crash before and that's a lie cause I saw something weird on the passenger door so I took it to the budyshop and they did confirm it was involve in a crash before, I called them to let them know and they just said give me a few minutes I will call you back and I still waiting for they're call. I told them about a previous bad experience with another dealer and they said we don't lie to our customers but I see they do they just care about the money cause now they don't give the same attention like the day of the purchase, they don't think that we can recomend them to our friends and make more sales.
