  Although I didn’t buy from them, they were extremely responsive when I had questions! I received an email and a text message showing me the vehicle I had questions on. The only reason I bought from another was because the price of my dream vehicle was a tad out of my price range.

  This is the first car I have ever purchased completely online. Lam responded to my questions quickly and took additional photos of the car that I did not see online. Once I decided to purchase MB of Wichita had a local notary come to my house to complete the transaction. Then, they set up shipping and it was delivered quickly. I will never go anywhere else to buy another car. Great experience.

  After shopping for a car in Kansas City, I called Walser in Wichita. Dan answered that call. He listened patiently and calmly said after getting basic information, “Check your text message”. Dan delivered within ten minutes snapcell videos of two cars. We purchased the first automobile In the video within 24 hours, due to his calm and no pressure sales attitude on a fabulous car. I definitely recommend Dan and of course, Walser Mercedes Dealership.

  I have never bought a car online but a random Facebook popup from Autotrader came up and it was a beautiful 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 Bluetec. I have always wanted one and this one has low miles and was the exact color scheme I was looking for. I gave the dealer a call and was assigned Drina as my sales professional. What a wonderful young lady and a true sales professional. Constant follow up, met all of my needs with the vehicle purchase, even went above and beyond by picking my up at the airport so I didnt have to get a taxi. Perfect service as expected from a mecerdes Benz delaership. I even got to meet the owner and I was only buying a used car! he was excited as I was about the purchase. I will definetly come back to kansas to buy my next Mercedes even thoigh I live in Arkansas.

  I was looking for a pretty specific car, color, feature set. I found it and was able to work through Shawn Bontrager flawlessly. I spoke with Shawn and he sent me the ipackage with an introductory video with his walk through of the car. While the car was only 175miles away I didn’t really have time to drive to see it in person. With Shawn’s continued help I felt comfortable enough to move ahead and purchased the car on Friday and had it delivered the following Tuesday. The Mercedes valet driver spent about an hour walking through the cars feature sets and I have to say the car was exactly what was represented and I couldn’t be happier. Appreciate the whole Walser Mercedes experience from A-Z. First rate service that you can trust. Thanks
