    Ridiculous oil change pricing

    I brought my wife’s C300 in for its first oil service. I have and still do own numerous other “luxury brand” cars and every one of them comes with at least 2 years of free scheduled maintenance. Fine, Sewell doesn’t offer this. I found out why today. $302 for an oil change? They also did even wash the car for this amount! As they so proudly show you their facilities, they should explain to you that you will pay for them when you get your car serviced.

    rs ago Do not believe what you see on their website .they priced a car at $50 991 I spoke to Mathew at 9am in the morning regarding the car and asked so many questions .He was to send me pictures and we would take it from there .Mind you that price was on their page and cars.com as well .Matthew told me the car is priced low due to it being on special and current pandemic which is true cars are being lowered price .to my surprise 10 minutes later he said his manager Ian told him the car is now $60 991 that’s is $10000 difference .I sent him proof that on your page it’s still $50 991 and why would I buy at high price when your page has a different price he said it was a mistake they input the prices manually and error .My response to him was ok but why is the $50 991 still on both websites and if it’s an error why have thy price been advertised for 2 days and no changes made ?If I am buying the car today why would I not buy with the price listed ?That is false advertising and should honor the price every customer is viewing .The manger gave me a call and still insisted in me Paying $60 991 and not look at the pricing I am seeing on the website but buy with the word of mouth price he is saying is actual price .False advertising and the manager Ian would not even agree to them being wrong and accepting why they have not changed to the new price if that’s true .be careful when buying make sure the price you see is the actual price they will sell you the car for .no transparency at all .

    buyers beware

    My current lease was ending and I needed to downgrade. I was interested in the GLC but had to get a GLA due to what I could afford. It was a long long process of stopping in, looking, considering a completely different brand all together, etc. So finally after many many text messages of going back and forth and also giving up all together in Mercedes, they offered a deal that was great. I leased a GLA 2019 with over 5K miles on it for $330/mo, $1000 down, and 12K miles yr. I was very busy right at the time this offer came to me. My work schedule did not allow me to make it there during business hours. I had seen a GLA in person but not this particular one. I could've come on Saturday and calmly signed everything but the salesman (Alex) sent me multiple texts asking when can I come in, I need to get this submitted, etc. Put A LOT of pressure on me. So I stopped in before work and had a very limited amount of time. As I was signing everything I stated, "I don't even know what I'm signing" and Alex said, "don't worry, your brother read everything." When I confirmed, that was not the case. My brother thought I had already read everything so he just signed where he was told to. Then I was taken to see my car. At first glance it was cute. But as I drove to work, the interior color pattern bothered me a lot. I messaged the salesman about 10 minutes after driving off and explained that I am not liking the interior and I would like to see the black one they had. He told me over and over it's a done deal, you cannot switch, something about a certificate already being processed and how it's VIN specific, cannot switch no matter what, it's not possible. So I asked to speak with the manager (Ian). He actually told me I could switch but the catch is I would be paying $60 more monthly for the car I was asking for. HERE'S THE CATCH....the car has less miles, exactly the same options as the one I had AND is listed at a cheaper price!!! Less miles, same options, cheaper total price yet I'll have to more each month for it. Does that make sense to any of you?? Sounds like a bunch of b.s. to me. So basically, if you want to deal with an bunch of b.s. and back and forth b.s. about the numbers...GO TO SEWELL MERCEDES of West Houston. So the salesman lied about the contract being read. He lied about the option to switch cars. The manager, Ian, actually said you have 5 days. I called the day I signed the lease. I do not trust anyone at that location now and this is my first time dealing with Sewell. Unfortunately they have ruined the reputation of the brand for me.

    Unprofessional, worst experience ever !!

    I was about to buy AMG GT for over 100K After 2 weeks of negotiation, Lauren send me proposal I agreed on. She txt me 1 h later, that they sold car in mean time. Then never pick up call or call me back. Seems like they do not know what they doing there. They should not represent Mercedes name. Very poor customer service. Do not waist your time.

    Richard Martinez was my service concierge and he was awesome. My car was towed improperly and my car wouldn’t move. I was here from Dallas and needed transportation and most importantly my car fixed. He got my car checked in, got me a loaner and i was on my way. My car was ready the next day and I couldn’t be happier!

    Paul was polite and courteous. He did his best to negotiate a deal on my behalf despite my tight teacher budget. Even though it didn’t work out, I really appreciate Paul’s efforts as many other dealerships weren’t as helpful nor gracious with their time.

    Best car buying experience ever

    I went here to buy a car after work. Not only I found the car that i like. It was in great condition at the best price I found. The dealership made sure that my car was perfect cause I have an for the smallest detail. But none of this wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for my salesman Pierre Russell. He went to extremes to make my experience the best. I would by the next 10 cars from him and I will recommen to anybody

    We were shopping for a new vehicle and our sales guy "Shawn Mays" was a great person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The overall experience was very enjoyable even though we didn't end up buying a car. I know I will be going back there again when I want a Mercedes.
