    I went with my sister who was looking for a new car. We were immediately met by Mike Foster who treated us with a hassle free no pressure sales pitch. Out of curiosity I asked about their leasing policies. My plan was to shop around for a SUV and do comparative shopping. I have a business and I lease a vehicle for the company. Although I had one year remaining on my present SUV, Mike was able to give me a great deal that put me in a new GL 450. The entire staff at MB of SM are friendly even individuals that are not actively involved with your purchase. I did not make my decision to purchase until I visited another dealership in the area. I must say the Mike Foster sold me the SUV that I now have and the other dealership unsold their SUV because of their strong arm tactics. I would highly recommend stopping by MB of SM if you want to have one of the best car shopping experiences of your life. When you go I also recommend asking for Mike Foster. My sister also purchased a car.

    The customer service and deals are amazing! This company trains their sales reps well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this dealer to all individuals who are in the market to buy a pre-owned or new Mercedes.

    My first Mercedes-Benz buying experience.

    My good buddy Mr. Ho was recently hired at Mercedes-Benz. I was visiting him at his new workplace and my car happened to be due for a carwash. I didn't feel like washing it, he showed me that I could trade it in for a newer model Benz for roughly the same monthly payment and I was sold. Since then, the customer service has been excellent. The employees treat you like family and make sure all your needs are met. This was my first Mercedes and will not be my last.

    Hieu Ho was the best salesman I have ever had!

    I went in to purchase a used car and was greeted by Mr. Hieu Ho. I have to say the entire experience from the get-go was hands down my best experience ever. Not only was he kind and courteous, his knowledge about both brands of cars I was looking out far exceeded my expectations. I am new to Mercedes Benz, I didn't think I ever wanted one and although I knew very little about the car, I did have questions. Hieu went above and beyond to impress me when telling me about all of the great features the car had but he did so without being overbearing and pushy. I am so glad I decided to drop in at Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi, the entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Thank you and I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future.

    On Friday I called inquire about a 2013 Ford Taurus i seen online. I spoke to Jack who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. I told him that me and my wife would come in on saturday to take a look at it. When we arrived Jack had already had the car up front waiting on us to look at. We have been to other dealerships along the coast and the service was terrible. I called 3 different dealships to inquire about cars and the salesperson says the cars are there and once we arrive to look at them, the cars were already sold or havent been on the lot for weeks and they are trying to get us to buy a new name brand car from their lot. Jason Pilger, Pat Peck, Estabrook all did this. Jack at Mercedes Benz treated us just like we were buying a brand new mercedes. The paperwork work process was fast with no stress. He had even come down more on the price prior to what was agreed on. No pressure to finance through them or buy extra coverage. When we got back from kfcu with the check he had had the car detailed, put a full tank a gas in it, and gave us free carwashes for life. Jack went above and beyond. We will be customers for life!

    Mr. Keoki Laphand was very good at his job and a very kind individual. I looked at a used dodge Ram truck and he was very helpful. I had been looking at trucks and he was the first individual to meet me on the lot without having to track a salesman down. I recommend this dealership for being honest and truthful to the customers. I felt relax while looking for an automobile and car shopping is usually stressful. If in the market for any kind of car/truck/or suv I would recommend this dealership along with Mr. Laphand. I don't usually write reviews but of my years of shopping for automobiles this was on the the best experiences. I did not even buy the truck but the experience was very good and even the management staff was friendly. Thanks
