    Matt made everything so easy it felt like I was even going through a car buying process. We mainly communicated through text and email and his responsiveness was extremely impressive. When I got into the dealership they we're very accommodating and friendly so I would recommend Matt and this dealership to anybody looking for a great car buying experience.

    I looked everywhere to find either a Suburban Premier of a Yukon Denali in black. I finally located one I really wanted here. I drove the 3 hours to go see it. This is a busy dealership! After a short wait I was led to speak with Shawn. He was very polite and quite friendly. But it was more of a "used car salesman" kind of friendly if you know what I mean. He brought the vehicle around and we went for a test drive. I obviously wanted it. Low miles, the color I wanted and loaded. Once we settled on the price, the wait for delivery began. I was ok with that. I knew it would take a while to get all the necessary paperwork together. However, when it came time to move my things from my trade-in to the Yukon, Shawn was nowhere to be seen. He was busy selling another customer. That's fine, but considering how much I just paid, a little help would have been nice. They only had one key fob there when I took delivery. Shawn PROMISED he would get the other one from the customer and mail it to me ASAP. That never happened. When I asked him about it, he gave me a BS story how he told me at the time of purchase that the vehicle was "priced" for only having one fob. He NEVER said that! He said that the previous owner never answered any of his calls or emails about the fob, so I was just out of luck even though I told him it was VERY important to me to have 2 fobs. I suppose, in his defense, he offered to have a new one made for me if I came back to the dealership. But it's a 3 HOUR DRIVE ONE WAY! I'm not going to waste a whole day to do that. I ended up ordering a fob online instead. I now have the expense of the fob and programming it. This was my main gripe about the dealership. If you promise a customer something, you deliver on that promise. No stories, no excuses, you get it done. Make sure you know everything you're getting before you sign the paperwork.
