    Randall Hamme with Mercedes Benz of Naples has been my go to service since moving from NJ September 2017 for my 2009 Smart Passion. The service is superb, detailed and the estimate for any repairs is preapproved prior to execution - you get your car returned everytime with a detailed wash ($15 savings). The new facility is state of the art and what's nice the MBN website offers coupons for service for various simple maintenance to a few hundred dollars off major repairs. Loaner cars (other Mercedes models) have been offered for extended service repairs too, but that service was not used this time.

    Dealership is pristine. Tino is friendly and very knowledgeable. Providing the rental car is efficient and appreciated. The interior detailing was not done satisfactorily but Tino stepped in and had it redone to my satisfaction and reversed the charge for it. The measurement of excellent customer service is not the routine service but how a company deals with a problem. I was well taken care of. Quality of repair was marked down as a piece of my car fell off when I tested the convertible open/close. It was fixed quickly

    Extraordinary Experience!

    I dint know about you but I have always dreaded taking my car in for service....that is until I brought my MB to MErcedes-Benz of Naples. Daniel was my advisor, he was polite, friendly and effective client. He went over the details of the service. Offered me a loaner, estimated how long they’d have my car and more importantly they kept their word and finished just before they told me they would. Daniel kept in contact me while they had my car and it was so great to stay informed! The ammenities are clean and everyone I came in contact was friendly. I highly recommend this dealership! I did not work with Tino but he did greet me when o arrived. Daniel, my advisor’s name did not come up as an option.

    My service writer Tino was exceptional. The cost for the service was also exceptional this time exceptionally overpriced for the service being done. Twice the going rate. I will not be coming back for service

    First service for my E400

    Purchased a 2016 Certified Used Mercedes E400 Cabriolet, and this is the first time I brought it in for any service. I worked with Daniel Resendes in Service. He did a great job explaining what they would be doing for a 'B' Service. He also set me up with a loaner for the day. In the mid afternoon, he called and said they would need to keep it overnite and it would be finished on Friday morning. The next day it was complete by around 9 AM. When I picked it up, he explained what they found, fixed, rest etc. and washed the car. Felt as though they appreciated my business.

    Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nice and low key. We felt comfortable from the get go. We bought a C class with low miles in great shape. We also got a fair price for our BMW trade. My only suggestion is a major upgrade in the customer waiting area in the new car building. The snack options are the worst I’ve ever seen at an upscale dealership.
