    I am writing only now after 1 week of waiting for a Loaner car before taking my SL550 back in for repairs. This is the "Highest Standards' offered by Fields Auto of Jacksonville? Well there you have it. Though "Highest Standards" can be a variable I assume.

    This was by far the worse car buying experience. I purchased 02.2019 and the Mer GLA 2016 HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 3 TIMES! MERCEDES SOLD ME A LEMON!!!

    I had been looking for a 2014 or newer Ford F 150 V- 6 Twin Turbo to replace my current truck for several months. I fouund EXACTLY what I was looking for thru Cars.com, at Fields Cadilllac, at, GET THIS: 1: 00am last Friday morning. The dealer opened at 8:30 that morning, I was there at 8:05am. No salesmen had arrived yet, but I noticed the side door was unlocked, and that F150 was sitting right there. I went in and I was greeted by the Finance person. Very nice gentleman. He proceeded to find a salesman for me, and I was test driving the vehicle at 8:35am. Bought it at 9:00am. VERY easy procedure from start to finish, highly cordial staff, and I got a deal on that vehicle that both me, and even my wife were, and STILL are astonished at. ( I am a Retired Auto Claims Adjuster, so I have GREAT resources for researching any vehicle's value. I got an incredible deal on that F150). If you are in the market for a new, or relatively new vehicle with very low miles, Cars.com is the way to go!
