  Overall experience was excellent....was there just for air bag recall..just took a few minutes. When I went back out to pick up my car I was was very pleased to note the service personnel had given it a wash job...did not expect this...was very impressed.

  I have been taking my Mercedes vehicles to this dealership since 2012 when I purchased my ML350 from them. They have always been courteous and performed maintenance without any issues. I will continue to have all of my maintenance performed by Mercedes of Hagerstown.

  We had an amazing car buying experience with the Hagerstown team. Our salesman, Barry London, was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and a great joy throughout the entire process. We highly recommend MB of Hagerstown...it was well worth our hour drive from Northern Virginia to get a better deal and better service than the larger dealers in the Washington DC area.
