    Place is really nice Sales guys are not too pushy and received videos and mails are personalized / made specifically for you which makes you feel like an important customer. Only concern to me is their 'one price policy' supposed to give you from start the best rate (which may be true) but then they are not able to do effort / adjustment / margin decrease to fit in your budget. Else perfect ! Thanks

    I had a great experience with Mercedes in Farmington. Blew out a tire on a highway and they were there within 8 minutes. After changing the tire they followed me home to make sure I made it okay. Great feeling to know they are there when you need them!!!

    Go Somewhere Else!!!!

    Purchased car Nov 18th. After deal is done they can only find 1 electric key. Told to come back. No key nothing they can do. I Have to spend $200 to get another. Plate paperwork never comes. Have to go to state and get another temp plate. It is now Jan 17 and still no plate paperwork!!! Bad Dealer

    On the 29 of Nov we bought a 2016 bmw x3 from Farmington, at that ti e we were promised a second key. After ar least 4 times being promised that the key has be next day air mailed to us, we still havent received it as of Dec 20. Let alone a map upgrade on the comp. Also the one hour buying turned out to be 4 hours. Now the sales manager wont return a call.

    From the minute we walked in the door, our experience at Mercedes of Farmington was the best car buying experience we've had so far. Self-serve snacks and beverages made the unavoidably lengthy process more bearable, but Jesse Stott, the sales representative who assisted us in our purchase, really made the experience an enjoyable one. I hope the friendliness and enthusiasm that seemed so abundant throughout the facility continues through the years because we will definitely consider this dealership again for future automobile purchases.

    I tried all 3 dealership in SLC valley, Mercedes Farmington found to be the best option in all categories, they are honest, informative, and provide the best hospitality and price tag for the car I was looking for. Dave Laccoarce the sales person went above and beyond to help making the process smooth and enjoyable. Their slogan of "One price, One person, One hour" is nice but not realistic, they did offered the best price and the best person to work with (Dave), but One hour ? no - the process took 3-4 hours all together, however, when you put so much money on the table , you are the last person who want the process to go too fast. This process stakes longer time to understand all the options for the car, maintenance, finance and so much more that Mercedes have to offer. (not to mention the documents preparation, print out and review). The place is new, clean and nice, but so were the other Mercedes dealership. The difference was all about the people, their attitude, knowledge, honesty and the extra mile they made to help you get a luxury car for the best price - Mercedes Farmington has it all!

    My experience with Amanda Lovelace was hands down the best experience I've had when looking for a car. The dealership is exquisite. The people that I have dealt with while having some warranty work on my older Mercedes were the most professional and personable team I've encountered in Utah. My husband and I are delighted to have such a wonderful and friendly professional dealership to take our Sadies.
