    Thomas was excellent! He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my schedule. Sales experience was great, no pressure and relaxing. The only thing I can say "and it's more a pet peeve of mine". That when they detailed my car they got the wax on the trim and the next day I had white spots all over my trim from it dying fully and whatever they use on the interior was a horrible hospital smell. So it was off to get detailed by my guy the next day. That being said once again Thomas was great and I would not hesitate to buy another car from him.

    My husband and I have had the best car buying experience ever at Mercedes Benz of Farmington! It was just astonishing and yet so real! It all started with Crystina Baum, our client advisor, responding to our inquiries on their 2017 Mercedes C300 inventory. After narrowing it down to 3 cars, Crystina worked hard to email us all the information we requested and their sale prices. Their "One Price" policy truly simplified our buying process. After making some comparisons, we felt that the "price was right" on the one car that we were interested in, so we decided it was time to visit the dealership and test drive to check out the car. Upon arriving, we found the showroom lovely and elegantly furnished. We met Crystina in person for the first time and we were immediately taken by her friendliness, professionalism, and most of all, her genuine interest to connect with us. She was also very knowledgeable about the car. Once we decided to make the purchase, she even voluntarily searched and presented to us a super low interest car loan that was too good to pass, contrary to what we had initially planned. Staying past the closing time, Crystina made sure all the paperwork was taken care of and that the car was ready to go. She called a couple of days later and when she found out that we were still trying to figure out how to operate our high-tech car with ease, she promptly arranged to have Talon come over and showed us once again. We could tell that Crystina was very attentive to her client's needs and always ready to help in every way she could. Crystina, you are the best! And to Talon, thanks for a job well done! We were not only impressed with the sales team working so well together, but also their eagerness to deliver excellent customer service. A great car dealership to do business with indeed!

    Would Not Return!!!

    This dealership made a bad first impression. I had an appt for a test drive and after standing there for 12 min, I was finally acknowledged by the sales mgr. I explained to him how long I’ve been waiting before being acknowledged and I was 3 min away from walking out. He apologized and explained they were busy. I understand about being busy but 4 other people walked in after me and they were acknowledged within 2 min after they arrived. It was winter time so I was dressed for the weather so jeans/shirt and jacket. I mention this since one of the other reviewers mentioned how he was ignored probably due to his appearance and I too felt I was ignored due to my appearance. However, the thought of me being a minority also did cross my mind. I decided to give them a second chance since the sales mgr was making efforts to correct the matter and I appreciated his efforts. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and would give them a 5 star for the buying process. I purchased several accessories that required me to return so they can install them but we agreed we would wait until ALL accessories have arrived. I drop off my car and the service person asked if they can keep my car overnight if required since I was getting a mask installed and I had no problem with that. I get a call later that afternoon and informed me the mask looks good but the other accessories were not ready so they requested to keep the car overnight and would be available the next morning after 9am. I arrived the next day around 11am to pick up my car and my car was not ready. He told me they have been working on it for the past 3 hours that morning. To be clear, it was floor mats, ski racks, and a cargo tray. So it takes more than 3 hrs to install those things? After waiting 50 min they finally brought out my car. During that time I had to call my boss to tell him I will be late for the 12pm meeting so I was livid by this time. To make matters worse, when they finally brought out my car, he told me they dropped the ball and my cargo tray hadn’t arrived yet but they would deliver it to me when it arrived. As upset as I was, I didn’t say anything and just left trying to make my meeting before it ended. Driving back to work I heard a slight thump as if something shifted in my trunk. When I got home from work that day I went to remove the ski racks and discovered the lock covers were not locked and they had moved up to the actually rack, thus realizing that was the thump I heard. I was also able to remove one of the bolts that attach the rack to the car with my fingers instead of having to use the provided tool. We all make mistakes but this was a series of mistakes: 1) this whole thing could’ve have been prevented had the service guy called me in the morning and told me my car was not yet ready. 2) the accessory problem that required them to keep it overnight I later found out was because they were trying to have the cargo tray overnighted to them. I would be more appreciative had he just been honest with me instead of trying to save face. Oh, wait there’s more. 2 days later, I was expecting a status update on my cargo tray but never received one. A week later, I still haven’t received any update so I, the customer, followed up with the dealer to get a status. This dealership messed up so they should be following up and not the customer. I finally received my cargo tray the day after I followed up. I am now eagerly waiting for my license plates to arrive so i don’t have to deal with this dealership again. Lesson learned, I rather drive 5 miles to the downtown dealership and be disappointed then drive 22 miles to this dealership and be disappointed.
