    Amazing service

    Was looking for a quality used vehicle and Andrew Chaidez was able to find exactly what I was looking for at the price I needed. Andrew went above and beyond to make the deal happen for me and even was able to get a much appreciated second key for the vehicle. I would recommend Andrew and this dealership for anyone looking for a quality vehicle and good customer service.

    Unprofessional, condescending staff

    Steer clear of this dealership, please read why. I recently purchased a used 2016 Challenger RT Plus ($30K) from Mercedes-Benz of Chandler AZ located on W. Orchid Lane. The salesman Ed Riddle and Vic the finance manager were both extremely helpful and professional. As a veteran I went through USAA bank's auto purchase service and things could not have gone smoother. I was told that although I bought an extended warranty on the car that if anything went wrong in the first week or so to bring it to their dealership's service department. Unfortunately when I drove the car home from the dealership I found out that the right headlight did not work (obviously missed in the pre-sale inspection of the car before they sold it to me). So, as instructed I contacted them and brought the car in the get a new headlight bulb installed. Long story short after two hours they could not get the headlight to work so the Service Rep said they would take it to a Dodge Dealer just a block away and the car could be ready in a day or two. I completely understood, they are a Mercedes dealer, not Dodge. The next afternoon I still had not heard anything from them so I tried to contact someone in the service department with no luck, left a couple voice mails and also an email through their chat service on their website and no one called back or responded. I needed to know the status as I was leaving work for the day so I knew to head to the dealer or home I called and asked to speak to a Sales Manager. Unfortunately for me I was transferred to a Salesman / Manager named Matt. This is were things went south immediately. I explained to Matt what was going on and if he could get the status of my car. He said he would find out and get back to me. Matt called me back and said he could not find out what was going on and that he was in sales not service. He said the Challenger was still there and that they would get it to the Dodge dealership 1 block away on Monday. (This is for a headlight?) I asked him if he spoke to a service manager and he said that they did not have one. He then went on to say and I will summarize: that it was somehow my fault that I bought a Challenger RT from them and that they service and sell Mercedes. He also complained that he was doing all of this leg work for me ( 5 minutes of his time) and that he was not charging me and was "working for free". This was very frustrating to me and I advised him that I was their customer and that I had just spent $30k at their store. Secondly I advised him that if they did not want to sell Dodge Challengers they should not put them on their lot for sale. Matt then stated that I sounded like:" I wanted to punch him"; I have no idea what that means? At no time did I use any foul language or was I verbally abusive to Matt. I then asked to speak to his supervisor immediately and Matt handed the phone to Manager Leo. I explained the situation to Leo and he stated they would get the car to the other service department that afternoon. I have never dealt with an individual that was as rude, condescending and unprofessional as Matt. I have never left a review of anything on Cars.com but I felt that anyone who plans to do any business at all with this dealer should know what awaits them. They still have the car and I may be making a mistake by writing this review before I get it back, but I guess we will wait and see.

    Outstanding customer care!

    Monday Early Bird - no appointment - for a Sprinter van electronic issue. Extremely courteous staff and a huge thank you to Service Advisor Bill Stamper. While waiting the dealership offered no charge access to their cafe! The cafe has huge TV screens which keep you advised of your service progress. My van was repaired by 10:30! I only wish my home Dealer was this big to take care if our Mercedes’ but, its a small town. Overall Mercedes-Chandler is a “Home Run” business! If only they had a G Wagon to test drive while waiting.

    Paul Mosca was extremely kind. I found a vehicle that I fell in love with and he made sure I was leaving the lot with it. Typically you have a salesman who just wants to sell you anything to make money but in this case he understood my needs and made sure the vehicle made sense before I drove off in it. Thank you Paul!

    From check-in to to drive-off, the process was so easy...Nate is professional and personable with a genuine interest in me and my car. He kept me updated as the maintenance was completed. He took the time to explain each thing done, and answered my millions of questions without missing a beat. When I picked up my car, not only was it washed, but they also vacuumed it. Wow! The level of service is unparalleled and I always leave with a smile and big sense of satisfaction. Thank you MBZ of Chandler.
