    Worst service ever experienced.
by Travis Davis from Grandview Texas | January 10, 2020

Meador service is by far the worst auto service I’ve experienced and I’m 60. Took 7 weeks for minor repair. I was called the first day my car arrived and the day it was ready. All other contact whether text or calls was initiated by me. Had two dirty hand prints inside car on door panel and console. Also a few things weren’t done that I needed service for but never had opportunity to ask for it to be done. When I bought used Challenger only had one fob and was told by salesman he would get me another. Never saw it. The reason I went to them is because I drive by them twice a day. Regardless of how convenient it would be I will NEVER buy from them because of their service.

    Never again
by Quentin Podrovitz from Arlington Texas | January 02, 2020

I'm going to start this off by saying I recently have gone through a divorce and I'm stuck with a car that reminds me of that divorce. With that being said I went to go look at a 2006 Dodge magnum got their did not deal with the service rep that I was told I was gonna deal with and my car currently was valued at only half of the blue book value. With 2 other dealerships valued it before I even got there. I was told I would need to bring in at least half the value of the car I was looking at and was not even given any other option of purchasing set car or even offered a test drive. I was completely blown off and do not recommend anybody else going there

    Poor quality service
by Glenn from Crowley, texas | December 28, 2019

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE Purchased my wife a used certified pre-owned 2015 Durango R/T from Meador dodge, sales experience was good until after signing paper work and asked for the second key fob and Manuel. salesman told us it didn’t come with a second key fob and he would sell us a key fob at cost, and would get us a Manuel. come to find out several days later the charge was over $300.00 for extra key fob and $90.00 to program the fob to the Durango, several calls over the next month I was told he ordered us a Manuel, after a week I was told the wrong Manuel came in and he would order another one, next week I was told it hasn’t came in yet, the third week I was told he ordered one off eBay and was waiting for it to come in, fourth week was told he is still waiting for it to come in. it’s been over two months, no Manuel and no resolve or contact from Meador dodge. Seems like this dealership only wants your money and then they are done with you. I have purchased several vehicles and never have been treated this way, especially telling you what you want to hear to get rid of you and then blowing you off, every time I have contacted them I have gotten a different story. Last week To take care of my wife, I purchased from amazon a dodge oem key fob and a used Manuel. Less than $100.00 each. Laugh out loud, this was at my door steep two days later. Still need to get key fob programed. Went to another dodge dealership to get key fob programed and was told would have to leave vehicle for about a week. Decided would not leave Durango for a 20 minute job. I hope this is not the new way dodge is training its staff, treating customers with a I don’t care attitude.

    Potential young adult buyer
by Potential young adult buyer from Ft.Worth,TX | December 07, 2019

False advertising on price of a Mustang. Listed in $13000 range, daughter screenshoted it, made appointment to see it, next day price listed in $15000 range. She went to see it and price was $19000 range!! After waiting 30 minutes for contact person to arrive for scheduled appointment, they would not honor original advertised price! Just a click and bait dealer in my opinion! Don't waste your time with them!

    Disaster
by Fox from Fort Worth, TX | November 20, 2018

The string of administrate blunders I have had to go through in order to get my vehicle correctly registered borders on hilarious. It took me over a week of complaining over the phone about incorrect registration paperwork before I gave up and went in. At this point, I was already unhappy. Part of the fees that I paid was to have it correctly registered. I came in to see a manager. I waited for the receptionist to even acknowledge I was there for a solid 10 minutes, and then she wanted to lecture me about being respectful when she finally realized I wanted something. Ridiculous. A few minutes later, the titling manger was phoned, and she told me that it was *my* fault because I didn't do the paperwork properly - paperwork that I was never given. And since when it is the customer's job to submit paperwork - isn't that the staff's job? As a mater of fact, all of the sales folks and the finance manager assured that my situation would not be an issue when I bought the vehicle. After another 15 or so minutes of complaining and waiting, and some sort of manager, Sam Streete - a real snake-oil salesman type - decided to come out and basically tell me it was my problem; he then threatened not to make it right because he didn't like my tone. I eventually got him to actually listen instead of just smiling and being patronizing, and it ends up that the dealership had me driving ILLEGALLY for almost a month because they never even gave me paper tags when I bought the Jeep a month ago. It occurs to me that if you LISTENED to your customers and actually DID SOMETHING, they may not be irate when they finally get to a manager. Now, after phoning the dealership for a week, and wasting 90 minutes driving up there and being insulted, it seems like the end may be in sight. This is all after I bought a brand new Jeep. Something tells me that if I was there to buy, it would have been a different story. The only thing more frighting than all of this is when the finance manager had the service department take the plates off of my old car, and put them on the new Jeep, the technician did so with wire cutters. Not pliers, not a wrench, not a drill, wire cutters. The only competent person that I've met in the whole place was my salesman. I'm very leery of ever shopping here again, and would recommend that buyers look elsewhere. I've bought plenty of cars, and NEVER had this much hassle.

Worst dealership and service department period
by Joe from denver, co | September 25, 2018

By far the worst, most incompetent dealership I've tried to use in 40 years. I made an online service appt and then I was immediately routed to a vulture in the sales department. Once I told them I had no interest in speaking to anyone in the sales department, my service appt disappeared. I had to call in and make a manual appt. Juan, the person who was supposed to take care of everything - screwed things up completely. I explained in great detail that I was coming in from out of state to visit family and I had a limited window to get a recall repair completed. Juan assured me the part was in stock and they would get me out the same afternoon. I got up early to get to the dealership and drove about 40 minutes. When I arrived, the service department looked chaotic from the start. Juan wasn't anywhere to be found, so another employee started to pull up my appt. He confirmed they didn't even have the part in stock. I wasted half a day during a family visit because Juan doesn't know what he's doing. In my opinion, this is the last dealership you should consider for ANYTHING - especially service.

by Joe Sieni from Burleson Tx | August 24, 2018

Been taking my vehicles to Meador over the last several years. No complaints. Work gets done in a timely manner. Christina Ibarra is an asset to the service dept. Had to leave one morning by 0900 & Car wasn’t ready so she gave me a ride to my Dr appt. Will use Meador now & in the future.

Terrible customer service. Won't be back
    by madchris@burleson from burleson tx | August 10, 2018

I love my dodge truck ! I would sell it if I had to deal with this dealership only. I'll drive to Cleburne from now on. Had recall on truck for cruise control. Also decal was coming off from door, this took a week to complete. I always have to wait at this facility for at least 2 hours, even with apptment for oil change. I had Honda car and they were the best service department to deal with. This place should take notes. They had my truck for a week and didn't even bother to run it through their car wash, which by the way is complimentary. In conclusion this place does not value customer service. Avoid these liars
