    Pushy and rude sales managment

    Went in to look at a used car. The salesman, Desmond, was great. But when the manager got involved, things went south. I can understand that you want to make a sale, but, I'm the kind of person that, when you start pushing something on me that I'm really not that into, I'll shut down. That's what happened. He pushed, I shut down, and they missed the sale.

    This is a horrible dealership and they do not deserve to hold a Nissan license. Read below before getting your vehicle serviced! I got my 2012 Altima serviced here on a Monday. I had a multi-point inspection done, transmission fluid flush oil change, new spark plugs. After leaving and while out of state on Saturday, the transmission fails. I got the car towed to a different Nissan dealership who told me the transmission went out. McLarty Daniels put a low amount of transmission fluid in my vehicle. They also FAILED to inform me of transmission codes during the inspection, but thought it was a good idea to tell me AFTER my transmission was shot. If I pay you to inspected my vehicle, inform me of every code you see, do not mark it green on my paperwork and say I'm good-to-go. They are unwilling to pay the repair cost. Respect your car and take it elsewhere!

    The dealership’s sales representative responded quickly but did not provide the additional photographs or specific information about the Sienna requested via CARS.COM. The sales representative sent numerous emails with the usual request for my telephone number and wanting to know when I could come in for a test drive. I responded by letting the sales representative know I did not live in the local area so I did not want to talk with the sales manager or drive 220 miles for a test drive until I knew more about the Sienna. The sales representative did not respond or provide any additional information about the Sienna. Some car dealerships embrace internet sales but some do not. This dealership apparently does not.

    John Jenkins - Horrible Salesman

    John Jenkins/Johnkins? I didn't have enough time to fully get his last name. My family and I went here yesterday to look at vehicles. After my mother speaking to him about what they had in the 20k range: "We don't have anything in that range. You need to keep looking." She asks about Black Friday specials as they come from Oklahoma where they are everywhere: "Well, if you had such great savings, why did you come down here?" We say because we want to keep it local. "You're not gonna find it here." We spoke to 5 different salesmen at different dealerships and I have NEVER seen a salesman with such a blantant air of attitude and disregard for return business. It got to the point that I felt it necessary to guide her off the lot and back into our vehicle rather than let this man keep disrespecting her and demeaning her. He had no intention of listening or working with us. John JERKins has lost our business for Nissans and hopefully no one else will have to have him as their seller.

    Nine years ago, I had the perfect car in mind and the salesman at that time found the exact car at one of their other dealerships in Texas and had it brought to his location. My Maxima has run better than I ever dreamed. Now, 9 years later, it still runs like a brand new car. I, just recently, had only one issue with it and even after 9 years, Russ Daniel went above and beyond to help me rectify my issue and proved to me that McLarty Daniel Nissan truly is committed to excellent customer service just as advertised.

    Called the dealership prior to driving there from Kansas City. Worked out a deal on my trade over the phone and drove the 3 hours to the dealer that same day. Once I got there they had my Jeep washed, detailed, and fueled up. I came with my own financing, but they were able to make me a better deal on that as well. Thank you to every on staff that made my buying experience amazing. I would make the 3 hour trip again in the future when it's time to buy my next vehicle!!!

    Degrading high pressure sales pitch from David, games and lies from Kyle. Very childish and unprofessional. Would never do business with these 2 clowns. Everything you fear of car salesmen, these 2 exemplified from playing games, to outright lies, to high pressure forcefulness.

    From the get go I was treated with the best customer service imaginable. The service writer, the techs and Alonzo as well as the Service Manager, Ryan Stewart were awesome! They really listened to my concerns and addressed them and made sure they had the issue repaired before having me come back in to pick it up. I am very happy with this dealership. I have bought many cars from Clark Christie and I keep coming back because they take care of the customer. I highly recommend this Nissan Dealer to all! You won't be sorry. Tell them Jim Everett sent you and they will take care of you!
