    Completed all paperwork after being pressured not to leave for hours just to be told as I was waiting yo sign the final contracts that the Jeep I was purchasing had recalls that had to be completed prior to the Jeep leaving the lot. They wanted me to take a Jeep in a different color in its place or just wait indefinitely for the fix. I had been trying to leave to think about things and go have lunch for 4 hours prior to learning this. So, I was pressured to stay and negotiate. Two different managers tried to talk me into different variations of deals, and all were males. It was uncomfortable and definitely a hard sale, and when I finally decide to agree to terms the vehicle wasn't even available. I received a follow up phone call from one of the managers to see what they could do to help me. I called back, and have yet to hear back from them. It was a horrible experience.

    Yesterday I gave a very negative review. I should have waited. Today I had a call from Ryan the Service Manager and he understood my my frustration. After talking I found out he had been the Service Manager at the Dealership I had used for 10 years before I bought my Renegade. Now I have confidence all will be OK. If anyone has had a bad experience like I had give him a chance to fix the problem, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

    We just serviced our Dodge Durango at this store. Our advisor, Lauren, was very helpful and kept in touch with us on how our 30K service was coming along. The Durango was done before the time they promised and came back cleaner than when we took in it. That was a nice surprise.
