  The environment was easy going. It was nice doing business with Ryan Freeman and his team. Ryan just made the process feel like it didn’t take all day. I’m glad I decided on an Acura, and from right place. I will be back.

  Good deal. just ok customer service

  I got a good deal. It was great to work with sales men and manager and finalize the deal. They were very understanding. However, customer service especially after the deal is over was not to my expectation. I wanted to follow up on payment paper work and title. Their response was not in timely manner and not very welcoming like before buying the car.

  Great experience buying a new Acura TLX

  I was new to area and decided to go to McGrath Acura in Westmont after reading through many of the Acura dealer reviews. I had planned on visiting 2 or 3 dealerships to find the best deal and service; however, I ended up only going to McGrath Acura and now have a beautiful new white TLX. Jeremy was my sales rep and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. I highly recommend going to see him as he was not only professional and honest, his finance background really helped provide good feedback during the process. I enjoyed getting to know him and we actually even went across the street to grab lunch together. I was provided incredible service from the whole team, Kevin, Keith, Spiro, Melissa, and Wally. Clearly I spent a lot of time there and had a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

  My sales experience was awesome, Ramon Odem and Randy Cowley made my experience the best, I has previous visited the Westmont loc and sales man Ryan Freeman and finance manager claimed they couldn't get me into nothing but a 2016 Acura with 46,000 miles on it, paying 500 monthly pymt for 5 yrs, I left disappointed and went to Downtown McGrath Acura and was out into a 2018 Acura ILX with no problems, I'm super happy and excited with my new Acura, pls go visit the downtown loc if you're looking for a great experience. Very friendly, polite and understanding.... I highly recommend.

  Awesome Tinting

  I brought my 2017 Honda Civic EX Hatchback in to get all of its' windows tinted + the service advisor couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly + willing to answer any questions I had without frustration. While I waited, the lounge area + refreshments were great -- made the wait seem not as long! The tinting was excellent, they gave me a great price, + thoroughly informed me on what to do after I left to keep the tinting pristine. I would definitely return to this dealer + would highly recommend others to do so as well!

  Just purchased a used car from Pat at McGrath and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted for the price that worked with our budget. We were not the easiest customers to deal with I’m sure, but Pat did not give up! Everyone we worked with was very friendly, helpful, and most importantly honest! We will definitely be back in the future!
