  Patrick O'Day was a great salesman! No Hassles! No BS! Very friendly staff there as well. Family loves our new cross over SUV. In future will do business with Mr. O'Day when looking for a new vehicle.

  Erroneous listing

  Shopping for a used BMW X3, drove down from Highland Park based on listing. Contacted dealer and initially were asked via text about a different car. Once we clarified, we set an appointment and they called to confirm. Upon arrival, the dealership was very busy and we had a hard time finding a parking space. A yet different BMW was out for us to drive, we had to find the X3. Immediately we saw that it didn't have a backup camera, a key for us, and explicitly mentioned in the dealer-generated copy on the ad. We decided to test drive it anyway; there was a mechanical problem with the brakes as we were stopping at one of the lights on Cass Ave. No wonder this car has been on the McGrath lot for months.

  Terrible, very pushy. Once purchase was made, you couldnt get a hold of anyone. Title got lost due to a filing error. They did not resolve. I had to resolve myself. 8 months later, still no response. If you buy anything here, get EVERYTHING in writing before you sign anything.

  We were in contact with our salesman, Gerry Arquines from McGrath Acura of Westmont. He emailed us various packages for an Acura MDX to go over and see which one suits our needs. We were able to bring a certified pre owned Acura MDX home to test drive for a day. When we returned it the following day, he let us test drive an RDX to get a feel for which one we preferred. He was very patient, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He was not at all “pushy”. We are very happy with the experience and with the MDX we purchased. We will definitely come back here to buy our next vehicle.
