    Excellent experience upgrading my lease at McGrath Acura of Westmont. This is my fourth Acura but my first at this dealership. Dana, the Upgrade Program Department Manager, is fantastic to work with. She made the entire process so easy and seamless while taking the time to answer all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with this experience. All staff with which I interacted were friendly and full of information. I first learned of this dealership while getting my previous RDX serviced. Rachael, a service advisor, was also great to work with. Highly recommend.

    Gerry Arquines is the best!! 10-stars! If there was an Academy Award for Best Salesperson of the Year – Gerry would win it! He is a shining star and the best I have ever experienced. There have been issues with a couple other employees, but I’m here to tell everyone how great he is! Gerry has been wonderful and gone above/beyond for me every day. He has even taken it upon himself to purchase two items the dealership should have replaced, before delivery. He is instantly available by phone/text, even during his busiest days. He has even responded from home quickly, on his days off. And I appreciate everything he has done to help me and make this experience better. All of his other reviews glow with accolades, as they should. But I want to add that the measure of a great associate/employee/experience…..is how well a person handles a problem. You expect to have a great experience, and NO problems. But when someone excels – exceeds your expectations both in how GREAT they handled their part of the transaction, and how far above/beyond they went to fix others mistakes – is the measure of greatness. Gerry – is the true definition of GREATNESS! I would buy here again, but only from Gerry!

    Forgery - Bait and Switch of Warranty - Shady

    Forgery. Fraud. Bait and Switch of the Warranty. Anyone who purchased a warranty with this dealership - do yourself a favor and call the warranty company. Be sure they have the same policy information that you signed. I purchased my used Acura May 2018 - a year later, after much stress, phone calls, emails and TIME, I FINALLY have a refund and a resolution - zero thanks to the dealership. It is NOT my signature. I have my paperwork. From the manager, Geoff who would not speak to me, all the way to the salesman, and up to the principles of McGrath, no one would correct the crime - and that is the main issue. There is a forgery - rectify it - immediately! Corporate Acura was awesome. They covered the warranty issues. My credit card and the financing bank both stepped in to force the dealership to refund the $2,395 for the worthless piece of paper I signed which was never filed with the warranty company. Finance Manager sold this warranty with his lies - which are supported by McGrath in their unwillingness to make restitution dragging their feet until forced by others to do the right thing by a customer who purchased two vehicles from this dealership. This would have also been a 5 star review - until the forgery was uncovered. Phone calls not returned. Employee terminated - so it is the customers loss. Buyer BEWARE!

    ShadyDealership/ Hasn’t paid of Trade-in loan

    Purchased a car on March 9th and traded in a car with a loan balance. It’s been over a month , numerous phone calls, left a message with the GM Jeff no return phone call, spoke to Chris in finance over the phone saying he’ll take care of it, spoke to Amy in internet saying she’ll take care of it, and personally went in on Tuesday, April 2nd and spoke to Rob in Finance saying he’ll have the car paid off by the evening. Still the car hasn’t been paid off!!! Rob from finance told us on April 2nd, that he’s having a hard time getting it paid off because the loan company can’t find the loan. My husband contacted the loan company and they have no record of them EVER CALLING!!! They have the loan number and a copy of our loan statement. What’s the hold up? I’ve had to make a payment on a car I no longer own and another payment is due!! After, being told that the car would be paid off when meeting with Rob on April 2nd and wasn’t, I then made another trip to the dealership on April 4th where Rob told me again that the loan will be paid off in 24-48 hours. Gave the dealership the time promised, called the loan company Monday, April 8th and the loan still wasn’t paid off! I then called Rob once again on Monday, April 8th from finance and told him the loan still hasn’t been paid off and he needs to look into what is happening. He told me he would call me back in a couple hours. He didn’t return my phone call and after 3 hours I called him back. He then told me they did send out the check and wait till Tuesday, April 9th @ 3pm to see if the check has been processed. I’ve called numerous times and the loan is STILL OUTSTANDING!!!! I’ve left a review on Facebook and no one has replied to my review, but can easily reply to comments that are in favor to the dealership. I don’t know what kind of shady businesses is being run over there? My trade-in is still under my name and you have it for sale and out on the lot!!! McGrath Auto is committing fraud!!! It’s been nothing, but unprofessionalism!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
