  Best car buying experience I've had

  My husband and I just bought a 2012 Acura MDX from McGrath of Westmont. We had been looking at several different makes and were at a standstill in our buying process because we couldn't decide. Once we visited McGrath, it was a no brainer. We had planned on buying new, but with the help of our salesman, John Vestusto, we found a great deal in an almost new Certified pre-owned and we're super happy with it. John is AWESOME! This was the 5th time I've bought a car from a dealership and, by far, was the best experience I've had so far. John made sure the process was painless and quick- I actually never imagined it could be so easy. John and the others at McGrath answered every question we had with expertise and professionalism. They even let our dog sit with us in the dealership while we did the paperwork! We couldn't have felt more comfortable with our decision and the process. McGrath has earned long time customers in us.

  Bad Dealer... Avoid!!

  This dealer is really bad, I was looking for a used car and drove over there and told me that they had already sold the car but while there they offered me a different car that I might be interested in... I called them back a few days later and they said the car was still available and that I was going to check out the car tomorrow because I was busy. I called back the next day to check if the car was still there and that I would drive there to see the car that wasn't available. The dealer told me again that they sold the car a couple days back. I talked with 3 different used car sales persons and they all had a different story. I even called the general manager and he didn't even pick up. I was going to buy a used car for here but after all of this, I decided to go to another one. Overall, in my opinion, I would in my opinion, I would not buy from here.

  Good Times

  Good selection. Our salesmen Chris did a good job finding us what we needed, the price was good. Process was farely easy, as best one can hope for buying a car. I will go to McGrath first for my next purchase. We purchased a 2010 MDX

  I hate buying cars from car dealers as 90% dealers will rip you off, but I must admit here that I had very good experience with Mcgrath of Acura and particular the sales guy Robert Estedo who was dealing with us.He was friedly and understood our needs.

  While shopping for a car at this dealership, I was astounded at the quality of customer service. Lonnie Catanese who is one of the car sales men there, helped me out tremendously. He listened to what i was looking for and helped me find a car that i love. I recommend this dealership if your looking for great customer service and a great selection of new and used cars

  I went in to McGrath Acura on a Saturday looking to buy a used car. I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff right away. My salesperson Sean Cueva was very helpful and knowledgeable during my car search. He helped me find the car that best met my wants/needs and we agreed on a price that I was comfortable with. Overall the experience was great and I am very happy with my purchase!

  Top notch customer service. Paul Stewart from the moment that I inquired online has been nothing but GREAT! He was able to help me by finding sometime to work with me in person. I came to dealership was offered coffee water and the day I came they were trying out the pasteries that they will be offering. GREAT TOUCH McGrath. The 2011 TSX that I bought is great Paul made sure I was happy from start to finish.

  Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

  This dealership is amazing! My husband and I purchased a new 2012 MDX on Saturday and we were blown away by this store! The store is beautiful inside and out and our salesman Michael Zalud went out of his way to make this car buying experience the best we ever had! Success! He was very knowledgeable and professional!   Look for John V.

  I recently purchased a 2009 Acura TSX at McGrath. John V. was the best. He listened to what I was looking for and found me a car that was better than the one I went there for. There was a small latch inside that was broken but John quickly took care of the issue. The selection was great, price was good. I will look for John V. first for my next car. Thanks again McGrath.

  I bought my certified TSX from McGrath of westmont and I have to say they were the best ever.
