  Too good to be true

  They conveniently made the "mistake" of listing the down payment as the price. When I asked about the astoundingly fabulous price they were all apologetic for their faux pas. Yet, not a surprise ....they've done it yet again. I don't even consider doing business with sneaky sales tricks even if they're small ones.

  Jesse Wright was attentive to my needs and went over the top in meeting my expectations by providing information about the toyota and working with me in my process of researching to buy a new SUV in extremely respectful, caring manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for a salesman. I did not purchase the vehicle today but will on the next business day when I complete my process of doing this.

  TOTAL DEVOTION TO THE SITUATION AT HAND

  When my truck broke down in South Carolina on a work run first thing we did was contact our dealer. We spoke with the service manager Evan and then he suggested that we speak with the GM Phil. I went to Phil and graciously asked for help because I didn't know where to start. Phil reassured us that it should be covered by the warranty and he himself took on dealing with the warranty company and our claim. After two exhausting days and dozens of phone calls we were revealed to hear Phil say it would be taken care of. Not many dealerships, let alone GM's would work tirelessly for 2 days to make sure the customer is satisfied and the situation handled. I have purchased 3 vehicles from McGee Toyota over the last year, I love the level of personalized attention I get every time I walk through the door. The Service department is hands down the best I have been too in a very long time. The Service Manager Evan Roberts is always thinking out side the box and making the customer experience exceptional. He truly goes above and beyond. The atmosphere in the service department is fun and light, they are always joking and laughing and greeting everyone with a smile. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. Service even offers to pick my vehicle up at home for service or give me a ride if need be. It's like being part of a family. Mcgee Toyota of Claremont was and always will be my first stop for sales and service.

  Not gonna ramble on but let's just say this was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Wasn't "sold" anything or pressured just went in and browsed and had some attentive staff help guide me. After that we sat down and crunched some numbers and everything worked out smooothly! If you want some good, honest help just swing in here.

  I don't usually write reviews but I couldn't help myself this time. I stopped in to browse through some of the cars that were in the lot, basically trying to kill time. This women approached me and introduced herself as Dani. I told her that I was just browsing, trying to kill time and she asked me, "what would you like to have in a car?". We then walked around, looking at the cars, as she was answering all my questions. She was informative, helpful, and bubbly. It was refreshing. Definitely recommending!
