    I went into Mcgee Toyota after spending several hours at a different dealership. I was greeted by Joe Dinger right when I walked in and from there I was very well taken care of. There was no nonsense involved. I told him what the previous dealership was giving me for my car, what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He knew that I was over the car buying process and he made the whole experience go very smoothly and fast. I was in and out of the dealership in my beautiful Toyota Sequoia in 2 hours. Joe was very professional and kind. He has already called to make sure everything is going great and I am happy with the vehicle. Joe was so great to work with. I highly recommend visiting Mcgee Toyota and asking for Joe Dinger. You will not be disappointed.

    READ BAD REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING OR SERVICING HERE

    The dealer damaged my car before delivery ! Me and my wife bought a 2016 Toyota Highlander with only 23.000 miles at Mcgee Toyota on March 5th 2019 . The salesman didn't offer much help . I inspected the vehicle on my own and took some pictures as i liked the car . We filled all the paper work and had to wait a few days for registration and other things to be finished . On the day we went to pick the vehicle i found two huge scratches on the quarter panel on the passenger side . Waldomiro ( the salesman ) insisted the damage was there and that i had missed it . It was not there i insisted .I asked him to look at the own Toyota website pictures or check with the dealers photographer . He left and after a few minutes came back and claim all the pictures had been deleted . I tried finding the pictures on my phone but at this point i was so mentally distressed that i couldn't find them . He insisted that the damage was there and that i had missed them during my first inspection . I was disappointed and even started to believe him . After driving 40 miles to pick up the car at the end of the day with all paper work done , car paid for , registration and taxes paid , i felt i just had to take the car . I left the dealer very disappointed . Two weeks after that i was deleting some pictures on my phone when i found all the pictures i had taken .The car had no scratches and i have the pictures to prove it . After calling and trying to resolve this for two months with three managers , the dealer refused to do anything about it . Including General Manager Errol Gaudette saying that too much time had passed . That's it i guess ! Once they get your money they give you the finger on your way out . I wish i had read all the reviews before buying here .I put so much trust on the Toyota brand that i thought the dealers were as reliable as the vehicles itself .Bad mistake . I'll be posting this review on YouTube as well as every customer has the right to know who they are buying from and how they can possibly be treated in the future .Errowl claimed used cars had scratches and off course they do .But not the car me and my wife bought . I wish i could post before and after pictures here . If they did this to me , a new customer , imagine those who trust them blindly !

    Don’t expect any post sales warranty support

    Maybe it’s different if you purchase a Toyota from them, but I certainly can’t recommend buying a used non Toyota from them. Discovered $6k in recommended repairs from the manufacturer. McGee Toyota avoided my calls and left me sitting around for hours with no updates when I went in to discuss getting some of the fixes done under the warranty. Seems like the tactic was to ignore customers with warranty questions until They just go away.

    Service takes forever 7 hours

    Service takes forever, They try to up sell on unneeded maintenance. Scheduled Lube, Oil, filter at 9:30 am, still not done by 4:30 pm. tried to sell me on Transmission flush and Tire rotation not needed.

    Worst experience ever!

    I came across an SUV on their website that I liked. I emailed the dealer to see if it was available. I received a response the following morning in portuguese. My inquiry was in English, why would you respond in another language?!? Anyway, I decided to call and spoke to Krystle, who let me know the vehicle is available and scheduled a test drive. I drove an hour to get there and waited around while the salesman looked for the car to eventually be told, "I'm sorry, the sales manager took it home last night. It's a really nice car, he only drives the best ones, maybe we can do something for you, want to talk numbers?" I was annoyed but didn't want it to be a completely wasted trip, seeing as I was going there to test drive AND PURCHASE this SUV, so i said yes. He says he needs to get a piece of paper and comes back some time later with a print out with the online asking price and says that's as low as he can go?!? I thought to myself, I made an hour drive to test drive a vehicle, I was told was there, and now I can't even look at it, let alone drive it, not because it sold but because the sales manager like to drive nice cars and add mileage and wear and tear, and you come at me with the asking price like you're giving me a deal?!? Really?!? Ugh, I still wanted it so I said "Well I'm not signing anything unless i can see the car first. Where does he live, can he bring it back?" He apparently has 2 houses, 1 in Hanover, the other in the Cape (so he can probably afford his own car). The salesman leaves again and when he finally comes back, he says "It'll be back Monday, want me to call you then?" I say "Not unless you're calling me with a better offer" he says "ok, bye" he was extremely rude and seemed like he couldn't have cared less about inconveniencing customers. Thanks for wasting my time, guess you don't like selling cars. Your loss, not mine.

    Crystal and Bill, best bait and switch team ever!

    Called main # and CRYSTAL assured us that the car was available. She gave us her cell # and told us to call when we were close to dealership. Spoke on phone with Crystal again to ask for more specifics about car. Spoke with Crystal when we reached exit 12 on Rt.3. We drove from Orleans on the Cape only to be scammed and told car had just left the lot that AM. BILL met us in the lot and didn't seem to mind that we had been talking with Crystal. He said car was clean and would get the keys. No keys but would we like to see a 2013 model! I asked to speak to Crystal and was basically told she doesn't exist and is not in sales or in the building. You people should be ashamed of yourself. We came to help our daughter buy her first car. I should have know you were a joke by your DEAD FISH insincere HANDSHAKE! Stay far away from these scammers. They don't deserve to sell the Toyota name!

    My experience with trying to do my first lease with McGee was a disaster. THEY exerted too much pressure and didnt explain to me adequately what I was signing after constantly keeping me waiting

    I had to somehow express the level of professionalism while being comfortable and funny that i received from ray v. at McGee in Hanover ma. He was very funny and got along great with my son and i. He also took the time and had patience we didn't receive at the other dealerships in the area.
