    I went in last Friday ready to buy a cx - 5. Approval already ready. The manager only offered my 3k for my vehicle when it was appraised for 8200 at the dealership before and the actual Mazda of Orland website offered at max 7700 this morning. The manager never spoke to me or my father. Just told the salesman that the transmission sounded “weird”. The vehicle is still being advertised a week later. I don’t encourage anyone to shop here and an extremely disappointed with the service I received from this dealership.

    We had the best experience with this dealership from beginning to end ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ We had emailed this dealership about a specific car we were interested in and had the best experience dealing with salesman Adam. He was so knowledgable about the newer Mazda cx30 turbo, which just came out last year, and Mazda in general. He even pulled up some articles online when I asked about safety and reliability. Very impressed! We had a long wait for the finance manager, who was dealing with another customer and had several more waiting, so we decided to go grab dinner. Adam insisted we take the new car! Really?! But it’s not really ours yet?! It seemed too good to be true. We thought we would go somewhere within walking distance but thanks to the excellent customer service, we were able to take the car we were waiting to buy, and head to a nearby restaurant. When we returned we went thru the paperwork with the finance manager, who was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He was straight forward and explained everything about the different warranty options very nicely. When we finished it was approx 3 hrs after closing on a Friday night and Adam was still there waiting to escort us to our new vehicle and answer any questions we still had. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership. Thank u Adam and thank u Mazda of Orland Park!

    ADAM in sales and STEVE in finance are great

    While I was not greeted anytime I walked in and had to wait for several minutes for someone to address me, the entire looking and buying experience was great. Adam is kind and knowledgeable and did not pressure me or play with numbers. Just up front and honest. Steve in finance was informative and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need but gave me great options.

    Terrible Service Dept.

    My fiancee purchased his Mazda from here in May. The sales team was fantastic. The service team is another story. He recently took his car in for the maintenance oil change/tire rotation. The next day while he was on the highway, his steering wheel started to shake, as if the tires were not aligned. He called the service department on a Friday and spoke to the sales manager regarding the issue. He was told they could not make room for his car until Tuesday and that there was probably snow in his rim causing this issue. He luckily was able to get in to a local shop the same day and they re aligned his tires for free, no questions asked. They said it was possible there was snow in there, but most likely the tires were not aligned properly after the tire rotation. This is not how you take care of your loyal customers. We will not be taking his car there anymore.

    Traded my TLX for Mazda 3 HB, it was a great experience a lot of haggling but came up with a great deal. Just look for Bart he’ll hook you up with great deal and free donuts .

    Amazing Experience

    Let me just say that Eric Vates (owner) really pulled a rabbit out of his hat for us. I was looking for a new Miata MXR and due to slowdown in production due to COVID, there were literally about 5 still left in the Midwest. Furthermore, I only wanted one in Soul Red with tan interior. I’d been working with another Mazda dealer and was getting nowhere. Since supply was so limited and time was of the essence, I contacted Mazda of Orland Park in online chat and Eric called me within 10 minutes of my inquiry. He quickly located the Miata in Moline the other dealer had been (ineffectively) talking to for 4 days and within one business day, Eric had secured it for us! He did everything he said he would do and over delivered on promises. He also gave us a fair price considering the lack of inventory and made sure he talked with us when we showed up to purchase. This was by far the best auto purchase experience I’ve ever had and I’m 59 so there have been many! I would definitely recommend this dealership and will be buying my next Mazda here as well.

    I went in to get an oil change and maintenance done on my 2017 cx5. I wanted to upgrade so I asked about a new one. They took care of me right away. I left with a 2019 cx5. Love it
