    TERRIBLE

    I bought a Chevy Traverse from them about 6 months ago and there was a clicking/popping noise coming from the front left side and when I told them about this they sent it to their "mechanic" who said it was probably just the clip on the brake. I then took it to a brake shop myself who said that the brakes were fine and it had nothing to do with the brakes. The other day it started shifting funny and I took it to have it fixed and it was the timing chain which I was told by a real mechanic that it had been stretched for quite awhile and finally hit its max so I said ok I will get that fixed because luckily I did purchase the warranty that May sold me and it covered most of this problem but while it was in the shop I said ok can you please go ahead try to figure out the clicking/popping noise and come to find out it was the front struts. After the mechanic was done fixing all of these problems and the warranty company and I paid out over $5,000 it was also having a transmission problem that was hidden by the timing chain problem so now it is in a transmission shop. All the money being spent on this car is going to end up costing more than it is even worth. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE READING THIS NOT TO EITHER, BEHIND THEIR SLICK TALK "WE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE YOU" IS NOTHING BUT SCAMS AND LIES.

    Bought a truck from rich in July and had a great experience no pressure to buy like a big dealer. Made all needed repairs to truck before getting truck with no questions asked. Made the process from start to finish easy from finding a truck to financing and getting it fixed. Would have recommended them after my first experience to any one. When it was time to buy another car went back to may motor company to look first found a truck i fell in love with but just wanted to go look at a couple other places after having a sales man trying force me to buy a truck i said no and then returned to May motor to buy the truck i fell in love with. Once again rich and the team was nothing but stellar again. Rich would be the only one i would by a car from and drive it across the country with out even thinking about it. Way to go guys for top notch customer service !!!!

The folks working at this dealer were great from a customer service standpoint and did not pressure us as many other dealers do . Shortly after the purchase we had a minor problem with the vehicle and May Motor Company stood behind the vehicle warranty and resolved the issue for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
