They're one of the worst dealerships I've ever encountered. Please avoid them, even if you have an impulse to buy one of their products. You can find a better priced one elsewhere at a lot with courteous staff members.

If they're not willing to begin the initial process, I doubt any other phases will be satisfactory as well.

by OhioRiverman from Dayton | August 05, 2018I was tempted to go here since they had a 20% coupon. They quoted a price of $1000 for a brake job including rotors. They also quoted using after market parts of $850. What dealer uses after market parts? Really shady, a sign of doing business at any cost. Dealers are strictly required to use OEM, that ensures quality and maintains the warranty. I went to another Honda dealer and they quoted a price of $850 including rotors and tax. Do the math, that $1000 quote would cost $800 after the coupon. With tax, the same as the other Dealer. So essentially the coupon was useless. Get your car repaired here at your own hazard. I plan on writing a letter to Honda letting them know that their Dealer is using after market parts.
