    I called and ask the price of diagnostics and was told $145.;00 and made an appointment. I brought my F350 in and was told the cost was $250 and the girl who made the appointment was new. The next day I received a call and was told the service was going to be $630.00 and there was a small oil leak that had to be fixed.. With the truck already in the shop I had little choice but to have it repaired. II picked up the truck the next day and the total bill was $690.52. It included $36.42 parts and $550.00 labor. I'm wondering what I'm missing. Once thing for sure North Point Ford will never get another penny of money from me.

    I bought a used 2013 Ford Edge with 30*** miles on it and was given the extended warranty on the vehicle when purchased. Everything with vehicle has been great until I noticed a flaw in the transmission fluid, trash. Took it into the service department with them having friendly service and excellent work ethic to get my vehicle checked out and road ready. Have no complaints, they have the compassion to make their customers happy and keep you coming back time after time. Thank you north point for the curtiousy

    Great service selling me vehicle in sales department until they got my money. Financial department lied to me on warranty they sold me . Tried calling back several times over 3 week period no calls back . No body wanted to help .

    Sully my sales person was very understanding. I wanted to try a minimum of 5 cars before I made a choice. He was not pushy in any way and was a wealth of knowledge on each of the vehicles I drove.

    I had a terrible experience with Crain Ford so I tried North Point. My salesman Brooks was friendly, responsive, and found my wife the car she wanted. When it came to financing Colin made the process easy, he had all the incentives I qualified for plugged into the numbers and I got a great deal. Wouldn't do business with anyone else!!
