    Don’t waste your time! My friend and I went in to purchase a car for cash and couldn’t-let me repeat- couldn’t get any salesperson to help us. My friend purchased elsewhere. Will never go back!

    My buying experience overall was good. I came in initially and decided to wait about making a deal. I checked somewhere else but called back at McLarty and they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. The deal was upgraded because the original vehicle I looked at sold. The vehicle had extra options that the other didn't and a color I wanted.

    My salesperson was Ronnie Sanders. Ronnie was very knowledgeable,professional and easy to talk to. I was completely satisfied with the deal we made. I traded in a 2010 F150 and bought a 2017 F250. I felt like the trade in price was fair and was able to negotiate a final price on my purchase to my satisfaction. The finance manager and the sales supervisor were also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Ford.

    Ronnie was fair and friendly. He showed us the exact car we were looking for. Mr. Richardson in financing was informative and efficient. They made the deal happen pretty quickly and easily. Plus, they were just good guys. They really did take the stress out of buying a vehicle. Good folks, for sure.

    I had been look at 2017 F150 on there web site and found one I liked, so I sent them an e mail ask about a price on it. later that day I received a call letting know the truck had been sold but they had another one with all the same op. on it just in a different color. I then ask the price and if he could send me a link so I could look at the truck. Instead he sent me a PDF of the trucks window sticker so I went and look the truck up on their web site and found they had the truck list on sale for $3000 less than he quoted me. After calling back and informing about what I found he agreed to the online price but when I went in to do the deal they add $1,204 in an addendum to the price then under valued my trade in by $4,000. Make sure you do your research!

    Better back through the door if you want to buy a ford here. I have bought several vehicles here when it was north point ford. I got a excellent deal too, I was very pleased. I recently Tried to trade my f150 on a new f250 since it changed hands. They wanted to give me peanuts for my ford truck. Would hardly budge on their vehicle. I will never darken their door again. Money is too hard to come by without giving this dealership thousands extra on a trade.
