I bought a new Optima from these guys and they are nice enough. The problem is the sales process. I was there 4 hours and was the only customer there. I like the car but think I would have got a better deal with some more patience and shopping around on my end. They also really press you to buy the needless extended warranty. I settled for too little on my trade as well, my fault but in the long run it will cost them as I would not buy another car there.

I just bought a 2012 Kia Optima from Mark Kia and my experience was great. I usually hate going to new car dealerships but these guys knew their stuff and didn't waste my time. They were honest and were able to make a deal that I was very happy with. In fact, I had gone with my wife to buy her car there just a few months ago on a recommendation from a friend and that went so well I went back for myself. I would definitely recommend.

Contacted the Internet Director and was shuffled off to a Salesman. Indicated what we were looking for and got a low appraisal on my trade. The salesman nor the Internet Director never called me back to further negotiate for a new KIA Sorento. Plan to buy the same car elsewhere in November,2011.

I just went thru the time-consuming life-sucking process of purchasing a vehicle. I have to say the first sales contact, Mike J. would be more productive if he didn't tell his potential customers what they want to purchase. I went to Mark KIA anyway as I was really interested in 1 of their vehicles. A gentleman named Abdul was a true sales professional. He met me as I drove in, asked how he may help, got the vehicle for a test drive immediately and NO pushy, hard sell. I test drove it, told him I had others to look at, he said "good", gave me his card and said "Good Day". That was yesterday. I went back today and purchased the vehicle. I may not have done so if not for Abdul's professional manner. It made this afternoon's process MUCH easier. Thank you for helping me ABDUL. Have a good day yourself. Do have to add, don't let the SALES manager add extra fees unless you REALLY want them.
