  Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Kia cars that I looked at. It was because of Eric that I purchased a car here at Mark Kia instead of the other 3 Kia dealers that The Hartford Ins gave me discount papers to. I am more than happy with the service that I received here at Mark Kia.

  Very Helpful, Informative and Pleasant. Matty explained everything to us about payment and options in a clear and concise manner. Always very polite and never condescending at all!! We explained our limitations and he helped us work through them all. We really appreciated all his effort and work he did to help us purchase a beautiful Kia Sorento!! Yeah!! Thank YOU!!

  I was able to walk around the lot looking at vehicles without feeling the pressure of a sales person asking me questions while I shopped. As soon as I was ready for help I walked in to the showroom and Ron Ellis was there to offer assistance. The entire process was smooth and painless. Johnny Rodriguez worked hard on finding the best financing possible and made the back end and signing a breeze. Thank you, Mark KIA!

  I purchased my 2013 Optima from Mark Kia in Scottsdale at the end of July, I have had it 13 days and LOVE IT!!! Matty, the Costco Sales Mgr @ the dealership was calling me when I still on the phone with Costco - excellent initial response time! We chatted for a bit, and he told me that he had the car I was interested in; we made an appt for the very next morning, Saturday. When I arrived, my car was waiting for me. The metal bronze color is simply beautiful. Then Ron took me for a test drive on Scottsdale Road and the 202. It was nice to just drive and get a feel for the steering, brakes, maneuvering, etc. The cost of the car was a no-brainer because I was a Costo member - something that Mark Kia respects and actively speaks to. You know they value their relationship with Costco and want to provide excellent service. The APR that Chuck offerred me based on my creditworthiness was .5% better than the financing I had already lined up with my employer - and THAT price was already ridiculously low. The entire process start to finish was one of the best major purchase experiences I have had, and I've had many! I would highly recommend that you speak with Matty or Ron, and with Chuck who is one of the finance managers. The Kia itself is simply awesome. The bells and whistles on this car which are standard with Kia cost you extra money with other manufacturers. My vehicle already had the convenience mirror and I programmed the garage door opener and phone with some help from friends. These are such nice features to have...AND the seat is really nice. I am used to a sport car feel with strong lumbar support and high back support. This car has just that. The seat positions seem limitless and it's SO comfortable!!!!! Overall, an excellent car choice with a good dealership. Oh, one last thing......I thought the tires looked low last week and the service dept gave me and appt the next morning before work. They looked everything over - nothing was wrong - and then hand washed my car before I left. Let me tell ya, THAT was a really nice touch!!!!!

  I bought a new Optima from these guys and they are nice enough. The problem is the sales process. I was there 4 hours and was the only customer there. I like the car but think I would have got a better deal with some more patience and shopping around on my end. They also really press you to buy the needless extended warranty. I settled for too little on my trade as well, my fault but in the long run it will cost them as I would not buy another car there.

  New Car sale was worth it

  I just bought a 2012 Kia Optima from Mark Kia and my experience was great. I usually hate going to new car dealerships but these guys knew their stuff and didn't waste my time. They were honest and were able to make a deal that I was very happy with. In fact, I had gone with my wife to buy her car there just a few months ago on a recommendation from a friend and that went so well I went back for myself. I would definitely recommend.
