    Insulting dealership! They Will definitely NOT have you mind as the customer. They want the $$$$$$ ! That’s it! I left the place totally insulted! Walked right out without a car. Don’t buy from them!

    Worst Car Dealers in the world.

    Worst car experience ever. My dad put $5000 down on a car, and was going to pay off the rest. They signed a contract, and everything then they tried to sell that same car he already bought and tried to sell it to him for more. This is so very illegal, unprofessional and wrong. They all told him, and I was there that they would fix it up, and clean it all of that and have it ready within 3 to 5 days. It has been 3 weeks now with no car. Also when looking at cars they show him a kia soul and when opening the door it smelled like an ashtray. It was disgusting and so unprofessional. I would never go back or recommend this car dealership to anyone, not even my enemies. Your place might look nice but looks can be deceiving.

    Watch out for accessories and lies!

    This dealership has salesmen who will lie to you about whether or not they’ve already installed “accessories” on a vehicle. Don’t fall for the thousands of extra dollars in accessories that cost them barely a couple hundred if they even install them at all. Bait and switch is big here as well. Definitely not a dealership to work with unless you like paying $2500 beyond your purchase price in add-ons. Terrible customer service and liars.

    We just picked up a used Corvette from Mark KIA down in Scottsdale, AZ. I spent some time on the phone talking to Blake Redmon in the sales department. If he didn’t have an answer, he got it. I was impressed enough to drive 2 hours from home to the dealership. The car was everything I was told it would be and more. No hard sale, no pressure. Over my lifetime I have purchased a considerable number of vehicles and I must say, this transaction with Mark KIA was head and shoulders above any other. Our salesman, Blake Redmon was great as was the Asst. Sales Manager, Johnny Borboa. Chip McPherson, the Account Manager handled all of the paper work with no surprises. If you have an option in purchasing a vehicle, be it new or used, I would highly recommend Mark KIA in Scottsdale, AZ. They definitely go the extra mile. A pleasure to deal with!

    Calvin is exceptional and a wonderful sales associate, and thats where the compliments stop. *How did your test drive go? The first F-150 was clean enough but had a large scrape across the front bumper and front headlight. Calvin said it would be taken care of and we were like "OK" The second F-150 was shocking. It was dirty, the left windshield wiper was completely missing, the side step rails were completely nonfunctional and the temp was in celsius so that tells me its a foreign vehicle which with only 16K miles on it why so many issues and WHY would you even put this on the floor with so many issues? Do you not clean up and check vehicles before showing and selling them? The third F-150 again was DIRTY, mud in the wheels and under carriage, smelled like cattle and worn seats with a pull to the left when driving because alignment was way off. But the icing on the cake was the forth vehicle and the one we were really excited about could not be found on the lot. Turns out one of your sales managers decided to take it for a little while, do his costco shopping, take it home etc. SERIOUSLY! This was not marked as a demo vehicle and I know for a fact that driving a used vehicle around to costco and chandler not only adds miles but also is false advertising the mileage and use of the vehicle. YOU LOST A SALE AND I PLAN ON REPORTING THIS DEALERSHIP *Do you have any questions or concerns? SEE ABOVE *On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the best), how would you rate the F-150 you drove? 0 *Would you like additional information on similar vehicles, with similar equipment, that are less expensive? NOT FROM YOU!!!

    Do not buy from this dealership!! Horrible customer service! They treat you like they don't want you to by a car! Abdul has to be the worst sales person I've ever dealt with. Can't believe this dealership hasn't gone under with the way they treat potential buyers.

    Worst car buying experience ever for this driver. In buying cars at various dealerships the experiences have been satisfactory to great. Mark Kia stands out as the one bad experience. Good dealerships are relationship oriented, culture here is apparently transactional. Multitude of people to draw process out, lowballing trade in, slipping in extremely overpriced unwanted add-ons, claims of dubious veracity, excessive documentation fee, pretty much all the negative things folks fear darkening a vehicle sales office doorway. It is possible to complete a fair deal within a couple hours but due to the games and some inefficiencies it was a much longer, frustrating, disappointing experience at Mark Kia. Long story short, this driver is moving forward but won’t consider this business for future purchases. If they have a car you “must” have then go there fully prepared for the experience. But reality is someone else probably has the car you want, likely at a better value, and almost certainly with a much more pleasant process. There are better choices.

    I've been shopping with my daughter for her 1st car found a car at the dealership decided to go through and buy the car for her what you all the different things with everybody in the cells men and everything else to get the price down but the car itself we bought it on a Saturday and we did not receive it for 4 days later we were told to come get the car the car had a bout 3/4 of a tank when we drove it and we bought it that day when we went to pick it up it was almost empty we got the keys for the car and when immediately we noticed a Dent in the back and we also looked in the car in there was sunglasses and eating trash in the back of the seat They had to go down and put gas in it and they told us they would fix the Dent in the back I understand it is a used car but it's still did not have that flaw in it when we bought the car so I expected them to pain it and take the Dent out we had to reschedule them because we took the car with us we went back to them they called us immediately and said the problem was fixed all they did was pull the Dent out you can still see it in his has not been painted I'm sorry but I don't believe this is a proper way of handling business at a dealership
