    Worst car buying experience ever... This is my second review. The first was one star as well, but was deleted. A sales manager contacted me the day I left the review asking how he "could get me to raise the rating," and assured me he'd be taking care of things. Not sure what I did, or why. But the experiences others have listed on here have been nothing close to my experience. Then again, sales managers only contact people to change reviews, so this may have something to do with the reviews? If I could give zero stars, I would! Found a car online, normal email inquired to set up a test drive. Paul Aaron, online sales rep, contacted me within minutes of submitting this. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, we noticed chips in the windshield, scratches, and auction markings still on the wheels. All normal for a used vehicle. They agreed to take care of all of these, without any issues. "Just schedule an appointment". Easy car buying process...so far.. Until trying to get things promised, taken care of. All communication and replies just STOPPED!! We bought this vehicle on Jan. 16th. After trying to get an appointment scheduled for days, and not getting any response from Paul, I just bought the car there on Saturday (1/30), Found Paul, and he said to bring it back on Monday (2/1). They apologized and assured me they would take care of everything promised on Monday (Feb 1st). After not hearing from anyone for a couple of days, I called on Feb. 4th to see if the car was finished. I wasn't able to get an answer, and was told someone would call me back. Frustrated with the scheduling process and lack of communication, I LEFT MY FIRST 1 STAR REVIEW AFTER NOT RECEIVING A CALL BACK FOR HOURS. This promoted a call back, and I was told the car was ready. The Sales manager said someone would bring it to us. THEN ASKED HOW HE COULD GET ME CHANGE THE RATING. I just deleted it. After getting the car back, noticed, LITERALLY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!! THEY LITERALLY WASHED THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAR AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO US. (Again, this was after the sales manager called me to ask me to change my rating.) I called him back immediately and he told me to BRING IT BACK IN, and they take care of everything. I brought the car back on FEBRUARY 6TH. Again, I was assured everything would be taken care of. NOT ONE PHONE CALL FOR ANOTHER 3 DAYS!! On Feb. 9th, I called to get an update hoping maybe the car would be done. I was told they needed to replace the windshield but had ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, so they were waiting to get the correct size and should be done by Friday (2/12) or Saturday (2/13). Saturday 13th comes, no call, no update. Winter storm comes, so I patiently waited until today (Feb 18th) to finally call someone, as I still had not received A SINGLE PHONE CALL. I got a hold of someone who let me know the windshield had been replaced, but they "did not have time" to do anything else. NEEDING a 4X4 vehicle to help deliver needs to people in the snow, I had no choice but to go back to Glenpool to pick the car up, again not completed. I purchased this on Jan 16th. A month later, I will need to take it back to GLENPOOL ONCE AGAIN to fix the same things I SCHEDULED to get fixed on February 1st! I honestly am sacred to... Long story short: Pre-purchase = easy; post-purchase = a lot of headaches and extra miles driven... DO NOT CONTACT ME TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN! THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW!

    I live approximately 90 miles away from Mark Allen Dealership, I make the drive for oil changes, only one time I opted to use a dealership closer to me, but chose to continue using Mark Allen Dealership, my reasoning is because they are familiar with my vehicle and I bought my car from a dealership they bought. Mark Allen Dealership, is a clean environment for all, their service is excellent and the service personnel are all friendly and informative.

    When we call, we specifically asked if every one was wearing a mask and were told: "Yes, it is a mandate and we have to". When we got there we only found one person wearing a mask in the service department, and saw several mechanics get in and out of cars, driving them without masks. Had loved our experience with Mark Allen Chevrolet up to this point. Being lied to, will have us headed to Jim Glover for next oil change. Very disappointed.

    Kirsten has been great throughout the entire process. Darren in finance was fun to work with as well. However, the detail job on my vehicle was poor. There was a couple pieces of trash, and a pen as well as stains on the seats and sticky stuff on the panels and dash.
