State Inspection Ripoff
by Tony from Winchester Va | February 08, 2020They fail your car inspections to sell unnecessary labor and parts. This has been done to me twice. Each time I went somewhere else and was told the car should not have failed. WHEN I questioned them they said the state makes the rules and they follow the rules.

I was able to use my coupon that I received in the mail and the wait wan't long at all. The facilities were more than accommodating for me as I was able to do my homework while I waited.

Hopefully, this organizations tech competency is not reflective of its inadequate customer service skills.

by Jim from Winchester VA | August 26, 2018I called to find out if my 1996 Toyota Camry was a non interference or interference motor. My timing belt has 100,000 miles on it. I need to drive back and fourth to work for a little bit untill i can save the money to get a new one put on. If it is a non interference motor if the belt breaks I am OK if not the I could seriously damage my motor. The answer I got was "I don't know". I asked if they could find out the answer was "no". They don't care if my car dies or I loose my job! I wont be taking to them for any work to be done. If they don't care about the customer I could care less about them!

We needed to get a new car for commuting and we wanted the 0% financing. We looked at the 2016 Honda Civic LX and the 2016 Toyota Corolla LE Sedan, the Toyota was much easier to get in and out of and to me a more comfortable ride. My husband was setting in traffic form D.C trying to get to Malloy, before they closed at 8:00, but T.J and Paul stayed and waited for us to get there so we could get the 0% that ended that night.. We got pr-approved on line so that was one thing we did not have to do when we got there. T.J had the car waiting for us when we pulled up. So all we had to do was get in the Corolla and take it for a test drive. Paul got the paperwork together, it was one of the easiest transactions ever. It was our first time working with Paul, but he is one of the Best finance managers I have ever worked with. I am a Realtor and I work with the public every day and I can tell you it was a joy to work with T.J and Paul. If you are thinking about buying I highly recommend you give T.J a call.
