    These people can't even be bothered to explain their COVID protocols or to try to minimize your time indoors during a deadly pandemic. I swore to never try Maita again, so shame on me, but, Jesus, they really try to pressure you even over email, won't give straight answers, and then are rude if you ask follow up questions. They want to run your credit and keep you in the office for 4 hours which is deeply insulting even if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic. A shameful company.

    Terrible customer service and business methods

    Was not helpful at all . Was rude and wasted my time . I was simply trying to negotiate via email and phone before I made an hour in a half drive to look at the truck I wanted during the Coronavirus shelter in place order . Where they also state phone negotiations and home delivery as options . As soon as I offered less than asking price I was promptly ignored , even after other email attempts to get back to them . And then when I complained about it , I was treated terribly and received a very unprofessional and rude response . Would not do business here even if the vehicle I wanted was thousands cheaper . I’d rather pay more to feel like a valued customer or just a competent individual for that matter .

    Pulled in and picked out two trucks with the Commercial sales, gave some information and left. Got a call that we were approved and the trucks were ready and to come in and sign the paperwork. Bought two trucks in as little as an hours time. Best experience I ever had when it came to buying a new vehicle. Prices were right with the equipment that I received, cheaper than Ford and Surprised me that they were cheaper than Dodge too. Yes I said Dodge! LOL!
