    I would like to start off by saying thank you to BILL and everyone at mainstream motors!Bill the manager is unbelievable great at his job and making my wife and I feel comfortable and stress free while purchasing a vehicle.Never any pressure.Bill and mainstream motors are First class people and truly care about there customers.I recommend to everyone to give them a chance because u can't go wrong with them ,it will be one of the best decision you will ever make I promise.I can't say enough great things about these people but please go see for yourself!!THANK YOU BILL U MADE OUR EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR A GREAT ONE!I look forward to buying all my cars from y'all

    Car buying should be like this all of the time. We called to request a test drive of two of their vehicles and they were available to meet us within an hour. The representative was helpful yet not intrusive and we were very impressed with the quality of the two BMW vehicles we looked at. We made a deal within 10 minutes of driving the car and the dealership handled all of the registration/titling paperwork within minutes. Nothing could have been simpler. Dalton and Ronnie were professional, courteous and efficient, and we love our new vehicle!

    Everyone was very helpful and never made me feel pressured to rush to make my decision. The buying process was dealt with smoothly and the application online was easy to complete. I got a great price on my Toyota Corolla and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

    Got a Lemon!

    Bought a used Altima that seemed clean, but after 4 days the check engine light came on and after bringing it to a mechanic I found out the car needed a ton of expensive work done and would probably not be worth fixing as the problem is chronic. When I called the dealer they offered only to possibly find the part cheaper but No refunds and they had no other cars in my price range. Now I'm stuck with a lemon!Buyer Beware!

    Wasted my time

    I live 1.5 hours from this place. Through texting i negotiated a price with the caveat that there was no cigarette odor. Al replied "in immaculate shape no cigarette odor". So I got a cashier's check and drove there. As soon as I stuck my head in the truck the cigarette smell knocked me out. So I asted 3 hours driving there along t=ith the wasted gas. Plus, my second choice truck was sold in the meantime. I truly despise this place.

    Be AWARE WHAT YOUR SIGNING

    My husband purchased his car here. Never used his credit for anything major but has been at the same job for over a year. Because his license was a year old , they told me that they needed me to be a signer support for insurance. innocently I thought I was signing for insurance, in a matter of fact I was signing to be a cosigner which I clearly told them from the beginning that I didn't want to do . Now I'm trying to purchase my home and because I have to Car Finance under my name it has drawn my credit down because i already had my on car on my name .Please be careful when you're purchasing cars from these dealerships they charge High interest rate for a bank loan that does not exist 24% . That was the only reason i went to a BUY HERE PAY HERE.... its PAID ON TIME BUT A DEALER WITHOUT A BANK SHOULD NOT CHARGE AN EXTRA 24% ON A car that you've already made double profit on.
