    I experienced a small problem with my 2019 escape and stopped by to make an appointment for service. I was told it would be 3 weeks before I could make an appointment and then I would have to leave it for 2 to 3 days before they could look at it. I am not sure why you need an appointment if you have to leave it anyway. Also, this was a vehicle I had purchased from them. Called another dealer, and they made an appointment 10 days and fixed the problem while I waited. About the worst service I have ever received.

    Horrible service worse attitude

    This was the worst customer service experience I believe I have had at any car dealership and possibly business in general. I walked in first thing this morning to be told they had no available slots for service without an appointment. First of all that is disappointing and a hint to a possible flaw in their business model. Secondly I was told they would not have an appointment for the rest of the week. This level of attitude and service is unacceptable and as someone who has acquired 4 vehicles which were bought at Magic City Ford and serviced there since their purchase, they will never have to worry about being burdened with serving or selling to me or my ford family ever again. But I’ll still help them even though they refused to return the favor. To keep from receiving this kind of critical review, leverage your Human Resources skills to attract, hire and retain service talent (if this is the reason for your inability to provide service), put your customer facing team members through a course on etiquette and soft skills to improve their delivery of potentially disappointing news and lastly put up signs that clearly state by appointment only so as to be clear of your business model. To anyone wishing to purchase or get service here be warned service after the sale is nonexistent and as a result the four vehicles purchased and serviced here will be the last.

    Untrustworthy

    Bought a used car last month. It's had some annoying problems. Radio disabled and button I needed to get it working is not functional (I was able to fix this short term). Tail light out. Really low tire pressure on the front end which resulted in a warning light within days of purchase. Unable to reset the light manually. Heater not functional. They did fix this, however, there was a loose sounding bolt ( a Knock, if you will) in the front suspension that started at about 40 miles and got exponentially worse within 60 miles. The car was already going into the shop for the heater two days after I bought it so I asked that they look at it. Sales manager said "No. Sold As-Is." I had to stop driving it because I had serious concerns about the front end noise until I could get it into my local shop. Turns out that it was a LOOSE BOLT on a lynchpin that had RECENTLY BEEN SERVICED. So I am a one adult household trying to juggle getting my new-to-me car to the shop TWICE within a week of purchase. I have zero trust in this sales team now and will not be purchasing any more vehicles from them.

    Cannot rate the service because no one answers the phone. Called repeatedly, no answer and no option to leave a message. If this is an indication of how the company / dealership is run, people need to go someplace else. This is the third or fourth time I have had this experience with this dealership since June 2018.

    Been to several dealers there's a handful of dealships that I would consider doing business with and now this one I will add to the list. In my experience with magic city of Roanoke wether you close the deal or not they are willing to communicate and try to earn your business.

    The dealer listed the vehicle and I contacted them to see it. When I arrived they couldn't find it. On a second trip they found it but it hadn't been cleaned or checked. Two more trips later everything was done and I bought it. Vehicle was in good shape and they were professional but they could have done a better job of having it ready when I first contacted them to come look at it.
