  Unexpectedly warm, and friendly

  They had the car I searched for, a niche model, and delivered it clean,(though a 1/2 tank of gas would have been a perk). Sherry, my sales lady was perfect. Florin, also, was warm and efficient. Situated as it is,among the High End Dealers along 41, this place is a fine spot. Definitely not a bad place

  A great experience

  My wife and I drove from PA to 5 dealerships in Chicago comparing very similar cars. Each experience was very different, some quite horrible; the only good experience we had was at M&I. Sherry was great from my first contact a week earlier, through to our visit and purchase and paperwork with Florin. They made a complex process very easy for us and we drove home a great car.

  Pleasant Experience

  My experience buying from M&I was pleasant - I worked with Erik, one of the salespeople. He was very honest, willing to go that extra step to get things done and overall, a very positive experience. Also, working with Florin, finance manager at closing, was also smooth. He had all the paperwork ready when my wife and I arrived as I asked Erik to do and we where driving home a car in less than 20 minutes. I recommend to anyone looking for a used car (they are picky in what they choose to put on their lot), at least give M&I an opportunity to earn your business.

  Pleasant salesman, convenient location, nice car. I would of appreciated a little room for negotiating,other than that my salesman even got a cab to my home to get me to dealership to pick up my car, that's good service :=).
