    My Honda Crosstour had a recall on the passenger airbag. I took it to Luther and the mechanic took the dash apart to replace the old one with a new one. While I was there the service tech came to me and told me there was an oil leak on my car and he asked if I wanted to see it, I said sure, so we went to the shop area where my car was...the mechanic had my hood open and showed me where the leak was and told me that it would be approx. $940.00 to repair it!! I declined, it wasn't leaking that much. They got the dash all back together and I was on my way. Later on, I happened to be the passenger in my car and I noticed that the glove box was totally out of alignment and you could stick your finger in the gap, which wasn't there before. I called Luther the next day and they said bring it down so they could look at it, I did. Now, this is where it gets interesting....When I walked into the service department, I explained what was wrong and the service tech didn't believe me and went and got the service manager! He came out and started asking me questions, how long had it been like that, had anyone been riding on that side, just stupid questions....then he insinuated that I was lying!! Wrong thing to do! A heated exchange happened and I told him that his mechanic did it and they were going to fix it!! He still acted like I had done it but fixed it anyway. the way he talked to me was disrespectful. The next day I called to talk to the general manager, he wasn't there, so I left a message for him to call me back....no call as of yet...I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!! RUDE MEN!

    The sales guy, Donnie took special interest in making sure we were happy with the car. Mark, the finance guy found us a very good rate that would meet our requirements. The facility is new and very clean. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

    CJ was exceptional! He had more knowledgeable than 3 sales employees combined. He went above and beyond helping us and teaching us about a the Honda Accord we bought. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was excellent.

    From bad expereince to worse

    I had a bad experience buying from Luther Infiniti in Bloomington, Minnesota a few years ago. Well, every dealership has good and bad sales reps, so I moved on. Only to have a worse experience at one of their other locations, Luther Honda of St. Cloud. I bought a Honda CRV SUV, this time only to find out that it had a manufacturer defect which the sales rep conveniently forgot to mention. And when I tried to return the vehicle , they stopped returning my phone calls and finally when I did get a hold of the same sales rep that had sold me the vehicle he said I will have to trade it in for another vehicle, which losing thousands in title transfer fees and spending thousands more on my next car which they offered me for $6k more. I have had better experience with mom-and-pop street corner dealership. These guys fit the proverbial "Used car salesman" definition perfectly.

    Very displeased.........

    We went through the entire process of finding the vehicle we wanted. When it came time to put in our trade information for some reason the vin # would not pull up. So our salesman blue booked our vehicle, showed it to us and said that the blue book amount was what we would get for our vehicle. The numbers were right on. The dealer wanted us to put down $500 that was not refundable before they went and picked up the vehicle we wanted. Thank goodness we never put $500 down because we would have lost it. They blue booked our vehicle for half of what it blue booked for. When they came back with the amount we about fell off of our chairs. The salesman went back to the head guy and came back and said they will give us $5,000 more for our trade. We sat and wondered how did we magically increase $5,000? The new amount was still off by another $5,000! They had us go back and talk to the head guy. He proceeded to talk to us like we are young and stupid! We would have never expected such treatment from a name like Honda! Our salesman did a great job however the guy that does the trade in part was very rude and obviously lacked skills in the customer service department!

    I purchased a used 2013 for my son's first car. I live a couple of hours from the dealership so my salesperson offered to hold the car with a refundable credit card deposit until I could come to inspect and purchase the vehicle. After purchasing it and seeing me very excited 16 year old drive it home I noticed minor damage under the vehicle and began to regret my purchase. I called my salesperson not expecting much other than expressing my frustrations. To my surprise he told me they would make the repairs at no cost to me. Their service department was very polite and made all of the repairs to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Luther Honda for your next vehicle purchase!

    Lack of Professional and Transparent Car Purchase

    My wife went in to see about getting a new lease. She had months left but got an email from luther talking about a sale. Salesman W said they didn't have that offer? What he didn't say was they had to pay off her lease and Blah, Blah, Blah. we could have finished her lease and then search for the best deal. This lack of transparency makes leasing a car a poor experience. We will be searching for a more transparent company next time instead of a salesman looking for a sale!
