    Other dealerships did not take the time or could not diagnose the problem. Ken identified and fixed a problem that had existed for years. My car runs great now.

    Poor customer service skills

    We purchased a Kia certified preowned Sorento in August 2019. It broke down in October. Luther had the vehicle for two months and we had to call for updates. When the electrical problem was fixed, they returned it to us with a missing bracket in the dash and a splash panel that wasn’t attached so back we went. On vacation in Texas in February the electrical problem occurred again and we had the car towed to a local Kia dealer. I called Luther Kia asking for help with that dealership. I was dismissed and treated rudely while I was stranded. No empathy or compassion. This dealership lacks the customer service skills to deal with an escalated situation.

    Mitch and Jamie are awsome to work with. The guy that came out to do the negotiating was a jerk. He almost lost the deal if it wasn't for Mitch and Jamie.

    Sales personnel was great very forthright and accommodating and informative. The finance personnel seems to be rushing you into signing with little or no explanations to what your signing seem disinterested.

    Matt was great to work with! I was buying my first car (first purchase on my own outside of hand-me-down cars) and he helped ease me through the process. I wasn't sure exactly what car I wanted, so Matt helped me figure out what best suited my "wants" and "needs" by process of elimination, which I loved. He wasn't pushy at all, he listened to me and found me my perfect car, and added some humor to the process to make it less stressful! 10/10 recommend working with Matt at Luther Nissan Kia.

    Oh Boy!

    First impression is usually the one we carry with us. Started online shopping for an SUV, found one, filled out our info (credit information)and spoke to a specialist and continued to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Easy. When we showed up for the appointment our salesman was running late...fine. However after waiting more than 30 mins and was quoted only ten. We became frustrated because we had already mentioned we were on a time crunch. Needless to say we left. No one has yet to call us back. Are they not even concerned?? This makes me wonder what happens after I become a customer. Yikes
