  You will be screwed

  I was flat out lied to, Johnathan Naviti told me I was approved and my car payment was $156, I told him I wanted to make sure the payment and the approval was done before I drove 4 hours one way there. He said that I was approved and he promised me the payment wouldn't be any higher. I have all the text messages from him that said that. I get there I was approved but with $1000 down and $100 more a month more. I was livid, he basically said he wasn't sure about the approval and that he was sorry. I asked for the manager and that did me no good. I think it was dirty to have someone drive 4 hours 1 way and be flat out lied to and they never even tried to make it right. I over hear another lady complaining of the same thing. So it seems this is how they run their business. Stay away unless you like being screwed.

  Those who read this, please do not buy a car from this dealer. I do not have a good experience with this dealer. I bought a car from this dealer. Telling me this car is no accident. I trusted them and bought the car. The next day, when I went to see the car, I realized that this car had 4 accidents, and then I realized that the amount of $ 2,000 was more than the price I charged. When I went to the dealer, they treated me badly and laughed. Even the general manager did not help me. I went to him five times and got no results. They have no respect for the customer. It was the worst experience of my life. I do not know how Toyota licensed this dealer unless it sees people's complaints

  Ripped off by Finance Manager

  The salesperson was nice recently bought a new Rav4. There was a little back and forth but the online price was honored. Then they put hidden fees which made it about the same average price. Watch out for Doris in finance she will just say sign here and here (electronically) and not tell you what you signed for until its too late. Said either take the good interest rate or the $1000 can't have both. Went with the good interest. Got home and found out I was lied too they gave me the $1000 and gave me a higher interest rate. So Doris lied about having one or the other very deceiving lady, watch out!

  Used Cars.com and cargurus to look for a used Pickup Truck. Lustine Toyota had the make/model I was looking for. They also worked with me with coming to an agreeable price. My salesman JR was great. He went above and beyond in even delivering my truck to me afterwards. I live almost hour away from the dealership, so that was a plus. When I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle, Lustine will be at the top of the list.

  This dealership does not honor their online prices. If you see a good deal, call and verify. Once we arrived to buy a car we were presented with a $2000 "freight fee" which brought the price of the car to average unnatractive level.Save your time before you go and ask first for hidden bogus fees.

  Wanted to purchase RAV 4 from them at a listed price of $22,383 and when I called they said that the car is available and they will send me all the paperwork to get the process started for purchasing a vehicle. I even talked to the manager and he confirmed that the car is available for purchase. But then I receive a phone call saying that the car that is listed for sale is a test driving car and that they cannot sell it. Really? Then why list the car if it’s a test driving car? They said they have similar car to the one listed but it’s going to cost $2,000 more. The salesman also told me that they have lifetime powertrain warranty in case something happens but it’s not free if something does happen you still have to pay $200 out of pocket before they fix it. It’s very unfortunate that they lie to their customers about great vehicle prices and don’t honor them. It’s a shame that a company like that exists and I would never recommend them to anyone let alone buy a car from them.

  I would never buy another car from Lustine Toyota. They will waste your time or try to put you in something you dont want, then lie to you about their services. I put my whole experience on Google.
