    Enjoyable experience buying a new Tiguan - Thanks

    I had an enjoyable experience buying my new 2019 Tiguan. I had predetermined I wanted to purchase a VW and after further research, I chose Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen because of their advertised "Lifetime Warranty." Shane, my sales rep, was very friendly, answered all questions and then I test drove both the FWD and AWD models. Never did I feel any pressure but I always felt appreciated and welcomed. Discussing and negotiating the price with Ty, the sales manager, went very well and that price never changed when I returned with the vehicle I was interested in trading. Ty offered me what I believe to be a fair value for my trade, an amount I predetermined was fair. Lastly, I had the pleasure of working with Daniel on the financing and warranties which also went extremely well. I could not be more pleased and I am very thankful there was never any hint of the 'ol high pressure sales tactics. It is and will be my pleasure to refer family and friends to Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen. Thank you Shane, Ty and Daniel. Love my new Tiguan. Tara M.

    Best Deal With NO Dealership Antics

    Had a Nissan Pathfinder that my wife LOVED but it developed an engine problem and we decided to get a new one. After doing our research we found the VW Atlas offered many improvements over the Nissan. After driving the Atlas and liking it a lot, we decided to head over to Nissan and give the Pathfinder another shot. We were immediately struck by how much better the Atlas drove and how the Atlas had much better audio and electronics. We were also impressed by the sales staff at Lunde. We never once felt we weren't getting the best deal nor did we experience any sales pressure from Lunde's staff. That was the complete opposite of our Peoria Nissan experience. I will definitely be back for my next car.

    Great Service Experience on vehicle I bought here!

    I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was ready later that day with everything done! The dealer even called to follow up on my experience. Thanks, Lunde!

    I'll admit I can be rather particular when purchasing a car as I spent several years in and around the automotive industry. At one time Saturn of Peoria, now Peoria VW was one of my customers. And while it's been several years ago I found several of the people I had worked with were still there in one capacity or another. This is a good thing. A Dealer who takes care of his people is definitely a plus. Troy Dosch the General Manager and, Owner to be, put me in the very capable hands of Austin Sexton. Austin went above and beyond tending to my purchasing peculiarities, answering my questions and digging to find out information which was important to me. And while there were some issues during the reconditioning portion of getting my used car ready I was kept informed and feel I was treated very fairly. Even after the purchase when I discovered something wasn't right, they did the right thing and took care of it. If you want a great car and an even better car shopping experience visit Peoria VW.

    Awesome place to Shop

    We purchased a car 5 months ago and where not in a good spot financially. Ray was awesome with everything. He understood our situation and was very helpful with my MANY MANY questions. He made everything so smooth. We recently went back and purchased a second car from Ray and he was just as pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this dealership. They truly care about their customers and are very patient and understand that we are making a big financial commitment. I let Ray know we appreciated him for everything he did and he actually thanked me. Not common for a dealership. They usually make you feel like you need them. Nelson was great also. He test drove our first vehicle purchase with us and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and all it’s gadg and answered every question. We will be purchasing all our vehicles from Ray! For sure!!

    Great Customer Focus

    Shortly after moving to Phoenix, we had the need for a vehicle to put a bunch of miles on. After learning the used car market here, it was clear we were going to have to look elsewhere. While buying propane across the street form Lunde's, we saw a banner advertising a new VW for the pricing of used cars we were seeing. On a hunch, we went over. We were promptly greeted and inquired about the advertised vehicle. The salesman Danny pointed at two rows of sale vehicles, and asked what color. Not what we expected. We chose the color, took a test drive, and decided to buy the car. We went inside and discussed price. Based on our experience with used car shopping, we expected thousands of dollars of dealer adds. Danny explained couple hundred dollars was the only dealer add and the add included tinted windows, pin stripes and lifetime power train warranty. That's it! I was OK with this. We went into business office, no pressure to buy anything else. Was offered a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty, and we opted for that seeing as we would likely have 100K miles on this car in two years. Who could imagine this car is warranted as long as we own it with no mileage restriction? It is! We left the dealer so they could prep the vehicle, etc, returned with the payment, picked up the car, etc. We have driven this car a lot. We drove this car from Phoenix to New Orleans and back without incident. It is an impressive little car, and we love it! When we brought it in for an oil change just months after purchase (10K mile mark), Danny the salesman came out to greet us. He remembered we were going to put a bunch of miles on it and came to see what we thought about the car. Lastly, the dealer always follows up with us, calls to schedule the service, and is very customer centric. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle that Lunde's carries, I will go there first.

    Pleasant experience. Keys are to educate yourself

    I went through Consumer Reports Auto Buying service. Sarah initially contacted me through SMS text within a few hours of requesting information. I arranged for a test drive with Austin. After the drive, we discussed the "add-ons" provided by LundeVW. A few days later, I informed Sarah that another VW dealership had my desired GTI in the right color , at a desired price and more importantly with a 6-speed manual transmission. She discussed some of the tactics employed to "lure" buyers into a dealership. She also discussed how Lunde VW is different and wanted to know what can be done to earn my business. I shared what I was looking for and Sarah went to work. She called me back in minutes to inform me that they would be able to deliver my desired vehicle in a day or two. Later that afternoon, I worked with Austin and Ty to secure an acceptable purchasing price. Despite being pre-approved for a great rate 3.29%, Ty was able to better that with a 2.9% rate. The purchase price was agreed upon with the stipulation I would finance with VW. Two days later, I completed the paperwork, inspected the car, given a tour of the dealership then drove home a happy customer. I am utterly astonished how easy it was to shop and then purchase my desired vehicle. Sarah, Austin and Ty were professional and pleasant to work with.

    Awesome honest service

    My car spent 4 days at another shop and they had to refer me to a dealer for repairs. Dropped my car off at close and by the next afternoon it was repaired and my advisor was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable.

    Awesome Dealership, Amazing People

    My wife and I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles over the past 34 years and our recent purchase at Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. From our initial contact through the final delivery the entire process was smooth, straightforward and hassle free. What a refreshing way to run a dealership! No bait and switch, no misrepresentation, no add ons or hidden charges and no endless hours of negotiating. After shopping for our certified pre owned Passat on their excellent website, we spoke with Ray Marin in Lundes' finance department by phone to arrange purchase details. After agreeing on finance terms Ray invited us the dealership to view their expansive inventory of certified pre owned Volkswagens to assure that we were pleased with our selection. We arrived on a very hot Sunday afternoon and met with our wonderful sales rep Jack Jenkins who patiently worked with us as we our explored various options. Not only was Jack very courteous and informative, at no time did we feel that he attempted to sway our selection. Instead he seemed more interested in listening to our desires and concerns. We completed our selection and set up an appointment the next day to finalize our purchase. When we arrived on Monday, both Ray and Jack were immediately available, our new vehicle was ready for us and imagine our shock and pleasant surprise in discovering that Ray had secured an even lower interest rate for our financing that what we had previously agreed upon. We were in and out the door in 25 minutes!! Do yourself a huge favor, skip the drama with other dealerships and visit Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen for your next new or used purchase, I guarantee you won't be sorry.
