    This was my second time at Lunde’s Peoria VW as my wife had purchased a vehicle from them a couple years ago. After deciding I wanted to look at the VW Tiguan, I knew I wanted to return to Lunde’s since our last experience there was so great. Right away Miguel assisted me with finding the vehicle I wanted and made me feel comfortable as we went through negotiations and paperwork. The finance team was also very friendly and assured me I was in good hands. I left later that day with the Tiguan I wanted with a deal that worked for me. Miguel then walked me through all the features of my new car and showed me some hands-on demonstrations of the entertainment functions. Yet again, another pleasant experience at Lunde’s Peoria VW. Thanks!

    Worst service department in the history of service departments-2014 Jetta would not start, has extended VW warranty, but alas, part(s) will take 7-14 weeks? You can build a new car from scratch in that amount of time. Service adviser Neil is a joke as far as customer service goes, Service manager doesn't take calls? VW care involved and all you get is a weekly update-not much help. Not much consumers can do but this military member will ensure everyone I come in contact with will avoid Lunde VW like the plague.

    Well Beyond expectations!

    Our battery was failing, and actually died at Sams Club with very little warning. Sams did not have a battery for us, so we drove to Lunde's to see if they could help. Keep in mind, this was mid day on a Saturday. Seeing our plight, they took the vehicle in, replaced the battery and returned it to us within 15, yes FIFTEEN minutes. Every time we take our car here, I am impressed with the service we receive. Our salesman even came out to say hi, thanks Danny. Wonderful experience.
