    Great Experience!
    by Local Dude from Homosassa,FL | January 26, 2021

Went to Love Honda to look at a used Tundra after visiting another nearby dealership with a Tundra, but they would not give me a decent trade-in value for the two clean vehicles I was trading in. We went to Love Honda and were looking at the truck when Kim came out, introduced herself, and from there we started the process. We drove the Tundra, and they looked at my trade-ins and came back $3K higher on my trades, which was getting in the ballpark. Kim introduced me to the GM, Vic, who said he really wanted my business and asked what I wanted for my trades. We discussed the reality of what they should bring, I gave him a number, and he said he really wanted my business that day, and gave me another $3K for my trades without any haggling! I finished out the buying process with Bill, the finance manager, who was very pleasant to work with. The wife and I went home in about three hours after meeting Kim in a beautiful truck, that was cleaned by the detail team and filled with gas. We could not be happier. Love Honda rocked it out of the park!

    Very bad Experience
by Jorge Acevedo from Crystal River | September 01, 2020

This is the third Honda Pilot I have bought from this dealer but this will be the last next time. I would rather drive to Ocala or any other place with better service. The sales person, Scott Petricone, no longer wants to help me with anything after signing the papers. This was my experience, I had negotiated a final out the door price for the car but when I went to the dealership to sign the papers , they had tried selling me a similar car with more mileage (the one we had agreed on had 30,000 miles but they one they tried putting in the papers had 60,000 miles). I luckily caught that and they agreed to change the papers to the car that we had initially agreed upon. However, they told me that I would have to pay an extra $1,500 for an extra insurance to make the car “certified.” I signed all the papers but after getting home, I had realized that they also included extra fees for insurance on the tires. I tried contacting Scott Petricone immediately to discuss these extra charges but all I received was an email stating “Thank you for your business.” The papers clearly stated that I had up to 60 days to cancel this extra insurance but Scott Petricone will not even open any of the documents or emails I have sent to him. I have also asked for a copy of the certified car insurance that I paid an extra $1,500 for but I still have not received it. I believe that they robbed me of $2,000 and they will not do anything to help. I have already sent all the paperwork to a lawyer and hopefully these issues will be resolved but I will definitely not be going back to this dealer and do not recommend them at all.

    Thanks to Maddison and Josh
by Marcia Ingalls from Homosassa, Fl | August 27, 2020

Can't praise Madison and Josh enough for their unwavering time and attention. And for never giving up the search no matter how many questions or different directions I went in. And Madison in particular for going above and beyond in pulling all of the pieces together. Thank you both so much.

    the nicest staff!
by Marissa Rose from homosassa, FL | January 13, 2020

I was pleasantly surprised with my service at Love Honda. I bought my pre owned civic from them a few years back, and decided to go in now to see if I could potentially get some sort of upgrade. My salesman was Lance, and he was nothing short of amazing! He was very personable, he listened to my wants, he was determined, knowledgeable, and most important, he was kind. He wasn’t one of those intimidating salesman that make you not want to buy a car! He worked with me for hours trying to find the perfect fit to make me happy. I ended up leaving without a car, because of my own circumstances, but I highly recommend meeting with Lance if you want to buy a new car! You won’t be disappointed!

    Horrible Experience With Love Honda
by Joseph Schafer from Tarpon Springs, Fl | September 23, 2019

I purchased a used 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Love Honda. When we got the car home, we opened the truck and removed a weather tech rubber mat to find the trunk carpet full of mold. I removed the spare tire cover to find an inch of standing water in the trunk. The floor boards in the back seat were flooded as well. The car was never inspected by Love Honda. I was charged a $699 delivery fee when the dealer did nothing to the car. This fee is for cleaning a car and making sure it is in a good condition to be sold. Nothing was done, but they still charged me $699 delivery fee. The car needed two back windows, 2 rear brake light gaskets and the sunroof track needed to be cleaned of debris to unclog the drain in the roof. The battery died on us after a week which they replaced. We drove an hour a week later to have the car detailed as promised and another item taken care of. No one showed to detail the car after we drove an hour. We were told to come back like it was a 10 minute drive. I would not recommend buying a new or used car from this dealership!

    Dishonest, deceptive, unethical...stay clear
by CJ from Citrus Springs | June 11, 2019

Went in to purchase a used 07 Nissan 350z. Car cosmetically needed alot of work, bumpers and body lines were off from it being in two accidents, paint was faded and scratched up, interior le aw ther was dry and the dash and interior panels had an old fake chrome overlay applied with 3M double sided adhesive. These pieces were dry rotted and discolored from the sun due to the car being a convertible. I told my sales person the more I looked at it the less I wanted it. That is when another salesman and a the sales manager told me that while the car is flawed cosmetically it was perfect mechanically and I could address the cosmetic issues as I had time if I bought the car. So I purchased the car, spent over 16 hours just on the outside having spent $160 on top quality products such as clay bar kit, compound polish, glaze, wax, cutting pads, polishing pads, microfiber towels. Soaps, leather cleaners and conditioners, interior plastic cleaner and restorer, rubber and trim restorer. Also spent money on 5 quarts Mobil 1 EP and a Mobil 1 oil filter, a PCV valve, and 2 quarts of Amsoil severe gear rear differential fluid specifically for this cars ring and pinion gears and VLSD rear end. After the 16 hour paint restoration was completed, I started on the interior the next day, another 6-8 hours of removing faded and cracked faux chrome dash kit overlay and 3M double sided adhesive. This was all done carefully and slowly as not to damage the plastics and rubber the kit was covering underneath. The dash, center console, and door panels were cleaned and protected with a UV treatment, the leather seats were worked on for an hour a piece, working/massaging natural oils, lanolin, and vitamin E as you would into your own dry skin to restore the color and suppleness of the leather. Next the storage area or boot for the convertible top was cleaned of all it dirt, leaves, bugs and so on, followed by the trunk, and finally the engine bay which was wiped down with several damp microfibers and a toothbrush to remove all the dirt from the top side of the compartment. As I then put the car up onto a set of ramps and removed the skid plate, I found old and new oil leaks coming from the valve cover gaskets, the oil cooler seal, and the power steering pump. They were quite bad. I snapped some pictures and sent them over to love Honda, and they asked me to bring the car in, so I did. A mechanic put it on the lift and acted as if it was all new news to him, but my extended warranty (that I purchased for an additional $2000) they were going to try to is to claim these repairs. The extended warranty company found a report from love Honda from a month ago that stated they inspected the car and found these problems back then, so my warranty company would not cover them due to them being noted as pre-existing.. oh, and the check engine light had came on twice in this time (code 0420, catalytic converter failure bank 1 drivers side) , they just kept resetting and clearing the code. The dealership knew the entire time that these issues existed with the car as it was stated in a inspection report from when they took the car in. However they lied to me, my wife, and my two 16 year old children; management down, telling me the car was mechanically perfect when they knew it had major issues. What it the power steering would have failed while my wife or child was negotiating a u turn or a left hand turn? They could have been seriously injured or killed. The management and the dealership as a whole was not willing to be honorable and stand behind their word, their promise that this car was mechanically perfect and fix the issues they knew about. There is alot more I can say but am limited to character length.

    February 20, 2019 review
by Michael A. Storey from Bradenton | April 23, 2019

I previously wrote a negative review on February 20, 2019 which, was factual. Recently, the owner of the dealership learned of my issue and contacted me. He was courteous, concerned, apologetic and satisfied our disagreement in more than an agreeable fashion. Unfortunately, I believe he had a bad apple who completely mishandled my complaint which, he correctly addressed. My initial experience was very good and I get we all have an employee who does not represent us well from time to time. So, I amend my review based on Mr Halleens intervention.

    Not feeling the LOVE
    by TWHW from Homosassa,FL | July 30, 2018

we brought our car in to Love Honda be evaluated for a trade in on a 2018 she quoted us MSRP of 31,895. sales manager Kevin who wouldn't even give us his last name would not honor the MSRP quoted, and started the pricing of 36000 + MSRP. Originally love Honda was going to meet another dealers price of 27,991 MSRP via internet/phone. this was just a ploy to get us into love Honda very disappointed and unpleasant experience. we honestly thought we had work this all out before we got there.

    Consumer fraud
by George Kennedy from Brooksville, Fl | May 22, 2018

A mailer I got named myself as a winner and when confirmed by phone the person said I definitely was a winner but she said she was not allowed to say which prize. The prize that matched my mailer was $10,000 and there were two $500 prizes. Upon going to the dealership I thought the person was extremely RUDE in saying I did not win anything despite the number matching and telephone confirmation. This is very BAD business!

    Best Buying service
by Gary And Beverly Wood from Dunnellon, FLA | April 14, 2018

When we decided to trade in our 2016 Honda CR-V Touring , we returned to Love Honda as a repeat customer, I talked to Bryan Delbert, told him what I wanted with the features and the payment I wanted to pay, He took the bull by the horns and about three hours later we are leaving with a 2018 Honda HR-V EXL, with the features and the payment We wanted with no surprises at the end. Very happy customers, Gary and Beverly Wood
