    Arriving at the service area to have a change of oil, a/c filter and other stuff, plus a recall, the service tech was the most professional and very speedy, he did recommend us to stay because the job was going to be less than two hours, so we decided to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant, and as we were leaving, we received the call that the car was ready. Not even two hours. That is what I call excellent commitment to customers. Keep the good job.

    I previously had an appointment to have my air conditioner fixed. I was told that I didn't need to leave my car. I was going out of town and was assured I would be taken care of. I came in and it was raining and a tall, larger male told me he could not help me and that they didn't work in the rain. I was relying on this appointment to diagnose and hopefully fix the problem. I came prepared to wait. I was turned away. After I returned from being out of town, I spoke with Tabitha. She immediately assured me that she would take care of the air conditioning issues with my car. She was prompt in her service when I arrived and very polite and professional. She went above and beyond and fixed a recall on my 2014 Mustang. She is the only reason I agreed to give you another chance. I was happy with the service she provided me. I will never come back there if that man who associated with Julio ever approaches me again. She was excellent and my car is running great. The other males in the service department are extremely rude. I am very tempted to make a complaint to Ford Corporate about how they turned down my business and the way they treated me disrespectfully when my car is under warranty.

    Julio in Service and Joey in Body Shop are always very knowledgeable, go out of their way to help and are very polite and courteous. I appreciate both of them. Only concern I had was the $120 rebate from Ford for 4 tires purchased. Julio explained because of dealership change I could not get the rebate which was disappointing. They did give a $120 discount on the next work I have done at the dealership. Not the same as a rebate on the tires purchased ($844) but I appreciated the compromise. Thank you.

    I had my vehicle in for service. The attendant was very friendly and professional, the work was completed in a fairly reasonable time and, so far, there are no issues. When I purchased the vehicle, from another dealer, I gave your dealership the opportunity to sell me the vehicle, but you were not interested in selling me the vehicle.     oil change and tire rotation

    I brought my pick-up in for an oil change and tire rotation. I believe everything was done properly BUT every finder and the front of the hood had dirty fingerprint smudges on them. The little decal was placed on the inside of the windshield with the next service mileage written on it but the ink is smudged and is very difficult to read. I purchased my 2005 pick-up new at this location and have had all of service done here also. This is the first time that I have not been 100% satisfied with their service so I have to assume that this was just an off day for them and not the way the new Lorenzo ownership intends to operate. Time will tell.

    Excellent customer care, with very fast, clear, and quick response, and attention to the matter. My vehicle service was performed professionally and efficient. There was no waiting time getting in, or out. My car was returned clean to the point where it was very hard to tell that was ever touched. I was really impressed. It excided my expectations. very good and nice group of people!
