    Bait and switch.... advertise cars online that are not in stock. Misrepresent having said stock on phone, email and text and then try and up sell you when you arrive at the dealership. Build your own car before buying one here.

    I've had experiences with dealerships before, and they where just not the best I have never enjoyed before be at a dealership Like I did in the Toyota of Lewisville. The sales person was incredible, Honest and really clear tried to work with us as much as he could and answer all our questions and looked for help if he need to explained something more clearly He brought different cars to show us until he found the perfect one for us. And the finance department Guy I ant say more than Excellent and professional job, he as well as Xavier worked with us until he could get us with a good bank, I have also been receiving calls from the service department checking on us and asking how is our new car working that for me its just a huge plus! I am us I am Just more than happy with my experience whit Toyota of Denton I will Highly recommend this dealer ship.

    Underhanded and Deals in Bad Faith

    Absolutely terrible experience. I worked out a deal with the sales team, had all the numbers finalized and in writing, and management came through trying to double the price in a jumble of numbers trying to pull one over on me. Luckily I had the capacity to go through and break down their nonsense, and they still refused to honor the original negotiated agreement. The audacity of presenting a written deal and refusing to honor it is appalling. At best this demonstrates incompetence, but I'm more inclined to believe is was downright duplicity and predatory. Breaking down their numbers for them, they refuse to acknowledge that they are wrong and flatly stated they would not honor the deal because they decided it wasn't beneficial enough to them. If you don't like a particular deal, why would you commit to it in writing? Would never recommend to anyone. Waste of time

    I was LIED to.

    I bought a 2021 RAV 4 and was lied to about the features of the car being the best I could get. I bought the car on a loud, rainy night and trusted that the 17yr. veteran salesman was honest with me. Two days later when I was able to make it back to the dealership, they still only wanted to do the very minimum to rectify and fix the situation and met me at the door saying "we aren't taking the car back." I finally spoke to a really nice manager who again, only did the minimum, never saying she was sorry for the actions of the salesman. I have never bought a Toyota, and extremely regretful of buying one now just a few days after signing the papers. Very disappointed in all of this. I don't even like my brand new car.

    I have been coming to Lone Star for years. Every visit has been great. Current management is a definite improvement. John has no problems taking time to make sure we're taken care of every time. Will continue coming!

    Been doing service here since 2014, they used to have great and experienced customer service folks: Robert, Drew, Jeremy, now in 2020 absolutely not customer friendly and service agents not thorough or knowledgeable. The service manager is downright rude and hangs up phone on customers. Management changes over the years have eroded the service. Don't spend your hard earned money here. It was worth the 30 min drive to go to McKinney instead. In 2017 I had tried to buy a new car here too and noticed the agent treated me as if I was stupid maybe because I am a woman and he thinks I didn't know anything about buying a car? I drove over to Honda across the street and bought my son's new car there same day, great respectful service.

    poor brake job

    Requested a full brake job they only changed the pads did not turn the disks and drums. Elevated to Toyota Headquarters to no avail. I now have the typical issues with not turning the disks and drums, pads wearing out of round and noise when braking. Stay away from this dealership !!!

    This place was so bad. Was going to test drive a Ford and 20 minutes away they had the car... when we got there the car had gone to auction but they had another Ford or even a new Toyota!!! When we said no the person walked away and left us sitting there.... my husband and I let ourselves out!!! Biggest bait and switch ever. I emailed him back when we left and .....
