It was a clean and very comfortable environment. I could not have asked for someone better to help me than Brandon Gabel. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. I was looking for something that was fuel efficient, reliable, within my budget, and something that fit well with my personality. Brandon showed me many different options that were right along with what I was looking for, and did a phenomenal job of explaining all of the details of the car and and the process with me. Thanks to Brandon I am the proud new owner of a 2013 Toyota Corolla and could not be happier. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car, to stop in at Lombard Toyota and ask for Brandon!

It's dark in the car at night and can't make out any button. the next morning I stopped by only to be told that the warranty does cover that. The only good experience i had was with the Loan Guy. As i drove out the lot the day I bought the car, I was planning to get a Prius C with them next month. But I am going somewhere else.

Decided to upgrade my vehicle and purchased a new one from this dealership. Worked with Igor Petkovic. Awesome guy. Quite helpful from start to finish. Did everything possible to make this a positive experience which it was. Jose in finance was also professional and made the finance end flow well. After driving the car it was obvious that this particular car was not what we wanted. Maggie, Chuck and Jeff showed us options that we hadn't originaly considered based on what my needs were (room for 3 kids if necessary but not for daily use, good fuel economy and reliable). We ended up getting a new Scion xB for the same price as the original Jeep we looked at. Car shopping can be a stressful process, especially while doing it with 3 young kids...but Lombard Toyota made it as efficient and pleasant as possible. Thanks!
