  I took my Sienna in for an antenna replacement; vandals had broken the original at the bottom which required putting the car up on a lift, and a complicated removal underneath of metal pieces and inside wiring. Not only did I get the replacement antenna, but also the technicians completed the job lickity-split! I now have my favorite WBEZ radio station coming in loud and clear! I am a happy camper! Thank you, Chip.

  Even though this was for the airbag recall, I was treated every bit as courteously and well as when I'm paying for service. Also, the team managed to remove my old license plate for me, just as a favor (no one else had been able to get the thing off), and even put on the new one for me - just such nice people!!
