Not only did I get the replacement antenna, but also the technicians completed the job lickity-split! I now have my favorite WBEZ radio station coming in loud and clear! I am a happy camper! Thank you, Chip.

Also, the team managed to remove my old license plate for me, just as a favor (no one else had been able to get the thing off), and even put on the new one for me - just such nice people!!
