    I needed to purchase a car due to an accident that was not my fault. A stressful situation already. Sultan Matariyeh was very helpful at comparing the options, matching them to my needs, and showing me all the features that were foreign to me. I highly recomend him as a saleperson at the Lombard Toyota.

    They scam people

    Lombard Toyota In Lombard, Illinois Scamming Hi, so my mother got a car from Lombard Toyota for my 18th birthday. My mom wanted the car to be in her name just in case anything happens but she doesn’t have a license. The dealership said they were ok with her not having a license and she put down 1800 for the car. Now mind you, when my mother came home with the car to surprise me I was able to keep the car for almost a week until the dealership called her back saying that they couldn’t find a financier for the car so my mom just wanted to get her money back. They tried whatever way they could to try to keep her money by saying they’ll give us another car it’ll just be slightly older. They cave us a 17 Ford Focus and said everything would be ok that they’ll still look for another financier. Now I know some of you might be thinking why didn’t she just put it in my name if it’s all about a license. My mom didn’t want that car to go in my name and my father didn’t either I’m not sure why but it doesn’t matter. Moving forward, she got a call from them two weeks ago saying they couldn’t find a financier for the car and she’ll have to rerun it Monday and they’ll give her all her money back. My mother went to return the car last week Monday and when she arrived at the dealership they said the the GM Manager was not there to sign off on her check so they could give her the money. They told us to call the Wednesday. When she called them Wednesday all of a sudden the finance manager was on vacation and would be back until Monday (Today) and to call then. When my mother called this morning the Finance manager who’s name is PATRICK KENNEDY said he’d call her back right away. We waited until 2pm and still didn’t receive a call. When my mother called him again he said the the GM manager came to work for an hour and then went home sick. So not only are the lying to us, they’re not trying to give my mother her money back. We tried to call the Lombard police but they said this was a civil matter. How can they just throw our concerns away when these people are hold our money hostage?

    Beware of bait and switch

    Called to check if advertised used vehicle, Toyota Prius, was still available internet sales manager said it was and to come see it anytime. When I arrived sales person tells me car didn’t pass inspection so they can’t sell it to me instead offers me similar vehicle but $3000 more. I asked why it didn’t pass and was told the battery needs to be replaced at a cost of $2500. They would be willing to replace it but the cost would be added to the vehicle price. Really?! Shouldn’t it come with a battery? Why is it advertised for sale.

    I recently purchased my third new Prius at Lombard Toyota. Joshua was knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. The car that I wanted was not on the lot, so he found it and had it ready for me within 24 hours. Joshua even paired my phone to the car for me before I left. Manar in the finance department was knowledgeable and honest as well. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I have used the service department at Lombard Toyota for all of my vehicles and recommend them highly. Jeff and the rest of the service staff are honest, repairs are completed quickly, and the work is done correct the first time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

    Saw a long distance/poor quality photo of a reflection or possibly rust so I asked about rust via email. My question was avoided several times so I sent the photo in question. Finally they admitted it was indeed rust. I then requested photos of rust prone areas and that was the last time I heard from them. Apparently, them wanted me to make a 2 hour trip to pressure me into a sale. NOT A CHANCE!

    Typically I only review a business if I have something nice to say but the Lombard toyota dealership has me worried for other potential buyers. Seriously need to reconsider hiring new management. They are very impatient and also rude. The sales people aren't the problem. It's the management. I have read other reviews and see that this is a common theme. I am a serious buyer and the disrespect is not something I am willing to put up with. Definitely going to spread the word on my experience to friends and family. Also I'm going to post this review on any other platform so that consumers may beware
