    Mitchell was a pleasure to work with! Never did I once feel as though we were struggling to reach an agreement. Mitchell was very cordial every step of the way. Even after we had arrived for a test drive late in the evening, Mitchell didn't hesitate to stay after hours to ensure we were ultimately happy with our purchase! Although we didn't want to keep him too late, he assured us it was no problem and very thoroughly explained every aspect to ensure I was comfortable and completely understood my purchase.

    Wouldn't get me an owners manual for a used Mazda...suggested that I buy it. Will NOT go back...VERY DISAPPOINTED since I have bought 3 cars in 6 years from Brian Baack...guess the $71 for manual was more inpirtant

    I worked with Trey Burkhall to purchase a new Tiguan, and it was a great car buying experience. I had to make much of the deal remotely via phone and email, and Trey was flexible in working around my schedule and when I was in town. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, and had the options all set up for me before I was even done signing the paperwork. Great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Trey or recommend him to friends and family.

    Years ago I had a good experience buying a used car here, so I returned and bought another used vehicle (a 2012 Chevy Sonic) in February. The car has needed work 5 times in 8 months, and the extended warranty i bought stipulated that the car must be worked on by Lithia VW. Their service department has consistently been a nightmare to work with. They are impossible to get on the phone, they are booked out for months due to the diesel scandal, and they never have loaner cars available. Today, a service advisor told me I would just have to keep driving my malfunctioning vehicle with no heat in November after I told her that I drive 50 miles to school every day. These people blatantly don't care about customer service. They dont even care about customer safety. I'm sad to have to change a 5 star review to a 1 star, especially because I love VW, but after 8 months of pulling my hair out and disruption to my life because of a shoddy vehicle they cant be bothered to honor the warranty for, I've had it.

    Pushy salesmen

    The salesmen at litha of Des Moines we’re very nice at first; but when I decided that I didn’t want the car that I was looking at, they became very pushy. I was in my car getting ready to leave and a sales manager stood by my car until I rolled down my window. They proceeded showed me multiple other cars that I had no interest in, before letting me leave about an hour after I was already finished looking at what I was interested in.

    We purchased a used Tiguan a month ago. Since then Lithuania has not paid of the loan of the car we traded in and we have continued to make that car payment. We have called , met in person and emailed to resolve this manner and believe we have been treated very poorly.

    I purchased a vehicle from Lithia a few years ago and had a great experience so I decided to go back when my wife needed an upgrade. I worked with a young man named Morgan and he did a fantastic job. He's new in sales but has been with the dealership for some time so he was extremely knowledgeable and the entire process was a breeze. I'm happy to see Lithia promoting quality employees from within and I'd highly recommend asking for Morgan if you stop in.

    Worst customer service

    The 1 star is by default since there is no way to mark none. 6 months ago I waited in their customer area for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change, first car in line, that seem like a long time I didn't say anything and brushed it off as they were having a bad day Few days a go it was time for another oil change so this time I asked a friend to pick me up so I wouldn't sit there waiting. Well their previously assumed bad day got worse. ..after 3 hours I called them to know if my car was ready. .they couldn't tell me on the phone that someone would call me within 15 minutes to answer my question. I finally gave up after 45 minutes of not having anyone call me. Had a ride to drive me back..my car was ready over 2 hours ago. The service rep said he left me a message...of course after giving them my phone number they manage to call a number I never had. To add the final touch...they misplaced my keys, they finally found them. The entire process from dropping my vehicle (again first car in for service) 4 1/2 hour I concluded that's how to do business....really!?!? They don't give a sh*t about their customers I'll never buy a car from them again and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

    30,000 mile oil change done satisfactorily. They advised me of a need for a change in air filter and that was completed. They also indicated that my tires were wearing and should be replaced before winter. They proved a quote for tires (Michelin and Continental),
