    From the online contacts to our experience at their location the process was excellent. The people quickly evaluated my car for trade-in value and put the numbers together for the purchase of the newer car that we had chosen. The only stinger was that on the way of the dealer, our sale person handed us the key and told us they did not have the second key. One key only? Well, he said, just go to your local Toyota dealer and purchase one. Sounds easy enough, but cost us over $500. for the key and the associated programming of the key. Wow! Insane! Yep, that was a stinger to our already over stretched budget.

    Great Experience (Under Crazy Times)

    Mark (Sales Mgr), made this experience quick and east under crazy times (Fires and COVID). Starting from quick online and email responses Mark worked for us and not against us in finding the right car for the right price. Once at the dealership he had the vehicle staged for a test drive and paperwork prepared to eliminate the amount of time outside and inside. We appreciated his customer service and friendly conversations. He encouraged us that he isn’t just in it for the sake, he was in it for the long haul and to call him if we needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you’re ever in the market for a new or used ride.

    Worth the almost 3 hour drive to service my Toyota. Great customer service, staff professional, they give you an explanation of any service needed, why, and the cost. My family currently have 4 Toyota vehicles and all of them are serviced at Toyota of Springfield.

    Lithia Toyota is hands above the competition in Eugene/Springfield. Price is reasonable in comparison and service is spot on. We have had our 2008 Tacoma and 2020 Rav4 serviced here. They've done a great job each time.

    This dealership is phenomenal!!! They were attentive, agreeable, and very easy to work with! Best car salesman ever! Keith M., the internet manager, was a yes man! Every request that I wanted to have done before I would purchase my Jeep, and he was able to do, he said yes to. It was reassuring and put my mind at ease. There was no stress in my purchase, which I had never experienced in all of the car buying situations that I have had. Which would be at least 10.

    Highly recommend these guys. Yep, they pressured us by asking if we were being helped, then offering something to drink on a hot day. They were not selling, they were serving.

    Love their warranty but the wait for a oil change was pretty long. I waited for almost 2 hours at 8am for a 20 minute service. Other than that the customer service is awesome!

    Website advertised a vehicle a jeep Rubicon at a low price. They said it was available. Filled out application for a loan. I’m not receiving a callback. They use alias email. And they miss represent who they are speaking for.
