    Experience is Good from start to finish but the salesman wit pushy on things that may not be necessary. But overall the buying experience is good it didn't take too long and everybody was professional and friendly even though the car that was sold me had transmission problems but it came with a warranty I just didn't know about it until the warranty was over.

    Love my car hate the experience

    The internet manager is trash. Hes greedy doesn't care about the customers and just like everyone at this lot. All about there bottom dollar I would recommend any lot but this one. When i bought my car they didn't work with me at all. charged me sticker price and wouldn't offer anything pretty sure i couldn't have walked away with an air freshener. Greed will destroy Toyota.

    Update: It died 20 miles off the lot

    It's not possible to update a review...so here is an amendment. The used car did present with issues, however once contact was made with the dealership the GM reimbursed me for the repairs I had to make. This was his offer, not my request. He was prompt, attentive, calm, and fair. Not once was I reprimanded with the lemon law or buyer beware caveats. Once the conversation ended, I would be willing to try there again for another car purchase. Since the repairs have been made the car is turning out to be a 'diamond in the rough', well worth the purchase price. This vehicle truly is a trooper and a wonder.

    Fraud??

    When I bought my 2006 Tacoma, the salesman promoted the "lifetime oil service" as "quick and convenient," noting that customers usually waited less than an hour to get an oil change. On this basis, I paid several hundred dollars for the service which for a number of years was as advertised. Over the last few years, however, this has changed dramatically. Now, when I need an oil change, there is usually a wait of several weeks on Lithia"s on-line appointment program. If I drop in, the wait is generally 2-3 hours. Yesterday, it was 2 hours and fifty minutes. This is neither convenient, nor "quick," nor in any way an "express" service. Ironically, based on your on-line appointment program, I found that for virtually anything but an oil change, I could get an appointment within a day or two. Clearly, Lithia is trying to discourage customers from pursuing lower profit services, particularly those with lifetime free oil changes. Realistically, who wants to wait three weeks for an oil change, or have to arrange transportation when faced with waiting 3 hours? As far as I'm concerned, I have been a victim of fraud. And, Lithia is guilty of false advertising. Here is an excerpt from your own web site regarding your express maintenance: "Our Toyota-trained technicians are deployed in a "pit crew" approach, to ensure your vehicle receives rapid and accurate service." Rapid??

    Service Rep was wonderful! Friendly, outgoing, happy. Had good suggestions and offered options. The waiting area was out of coffee, had uncomfortable seats, no where to plug in my laptop, and no snacks.
