    Closest Lithia dealer to me. Just went in for a oil change, pretty standard stuff. I do appreciate getting a courtesy car wash and a little sticker saying the mileage my next oil change was due. Last time went to Different dealership and did not get either of those.

    Came in for recall repair on software update for 2018 Rouge safety sheild. Repairs explained to me. Staff was efficient ,friendly,and proffesional. Latoya,my service person, was wonderful as usual.

    Shady processes

    We found online "starter car" for our 18 year old and went in the business. The car was advertised by the seller as having the price dropped from almost $7000 to $4995, and that is sold "As Is". Same was specified clear on the car, along with the car specifications. After the test drive we went it to buy it, intending to pay cash. Jordan Creamer, the Assistant Sales Manager, started the process when we found that we have to pay for LoJack and for Glasscoat, all for almost $1000 extra. We told Mr. Creamer that we did not need these improvements, nor we asked for them. Also, they were nowhere advertised, so the business is now in violation of the "false advertisement" policy. Mr. Creamer said that he will try to see what he can do about it and left us to wait for about 30 minutes. He came back and said that he is sorry but the car was sold to a different customer that "beat our price". Useless to say that no new customers entered the business while we sat inside waiting for him. He offered to show us a different car in our price range, and after waiting another 20 minutes he showed us a "clunker", a car with all chipped paint and a big sticker on the windshield saying "Not for sale". We will report the dealership to Lithia company, while they are carrying the name while being involved and very shady business. Please avoid at all costs this dealership, an also please read other recent reviews. Several are relating similar experiences with the same employee. Hopefully the management will do something about it.

    DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES. BAIT AND SWITCH!!

    They engage in deceptive and fraudulent pricing practices. They added on thousands in additions that the customer explicitly declined, and said customer didn't even receive the additions, despite being charged for them. A $15,000 vehicle ended up costing nearly $21,000, and the additional fees were not itemized or listed in the paperwork. Stay away from this dealership. Legal action is currently being pursued against them.
