    Justin personally told us that tests for a cracked motor on our jeep were negative, meaning they wouldn’t have to replace the motor under warranty and only replace the radiator (which we already had replaced 9 months ago). We took it to 2 other certified local mechanics and both told us it was cracked motor, and that lithia is being “shady”, their words exactly. Then we got a certified Chrysler mechanic at another Lithia dodge location to confirm our suspicions, a cracked engine. THEY STRAIGHT UP LIED. How more deceitful and disgusting could you get? We’re a returning customer as of 2007, and have bought em THREE cars through them and one in CASH. Also keep in mind they had our car in their possession for a WHOLE MONTH just for them to LIE to us... they either lied about the test or never even ran the test. Either way it’s lying, it’s deceitful, and it’s disgusting how they would treat a returning customer like that. NEVER buy from the Missoula location again, or TRUST them to diagnose/repair your car TRUTHFULLY.

    Not the truck I signed for

    Let me start by saying that this is not the review that I wanted to write. Maybe they truly didn't know, but you still have to make it right. It was my first new car, I was excited. It was nearly the shortest day of the year, so it was already dark when we got to the dealership. My husband pulled into the parking lot and let them know we were looking for a blue Ram 2500 or 3500. They said we were in luck, they had just gotten one. As we were looking at it under the parking lot lights, I said “are you sure it’s blue?” The salesman said, “You want me to get everyone to come shine their phone lights on it? Of course it’s blue. Ha ha ha.” I figured it looked black under those lights, but I haven’t seen it in the daylight, so I’m sure it just those parking lot lights. Another time during the process I asked, “Really this is blue? Because if it’s not, I’ll be driving it back here tomorrow.” We all had a good laugh. The staff all seemed very helpful and the process was almost fun! As I finished signing all the papers, I was even thinking, down the road if I need a little car, I might have to get a little Jeep or something, just so I can go back to those guys. Imagine my surprise the next morning when I look out to see a metallic grey/black truck parked in my driveway. I phoned the salesman that morning- didn’t want to call anyone too early on a Sunday. He told me they couldn’t deal with that today and that they would call me tomorrow. So then on Monday he basically tells me that they aren’t going to do anything to make it right. I was wiling to buy a different truck, even found one that I would pay more for that they could get from another LIthia. Left a voice mail with the manager, Alan Pettibone and he NEVER phoned back. I think if everything goes perfect and you have no problems with your vehicle they’ll be fine to deal with. They made the process of parting with your money smooth and easy, but if you need anything, forget it. You’ll be nearly ignored.

    Tim worked with us over the phone and email so that when we arrived we were almost ready to go. The people there were nice, they gave us waters and made our time there rather comfortable. I take a star off because they did not tell us some things about the car that I think they should have.

    The service is great when you're buying a new car from them. But when there's problems with your brand new car they aren't so great to deal with. I've had issues with my 2017 Jeep Renegade since I bought it and it was brand new with only 4 miles on it. I've been taking it in to their service center multiple times and have never had the problem fixed. Each time they treated me like I was crazy for telling them there is something wrong with my car because they couldn't figure out what it was This was my first brand new car and they ruined this experience for me. I will never buy another car from them and I highly recommend other people dont too. Make the drive to go to a better dealership

    Tim Yule was super in all aspects of finding us the best deal according to our needs. He put up with our idecision and helped us through the process to ensure we were satisfied with our lease. Couldn't have worked with a better sales rep. Excellent service throughout the process from all of the Lithia staff we dealt with. They all come highly recommended!!

    The oil change was done in a timely fashion. Since I bought the Jeep brand new at Lithia - it would be nice to have a complimentary car wash the few times I bring the Jeep in for oil change.
